المستخلص: تعد زيارة الأربعين أحد أهم المناسبات الدينية والتاريخية المهمة والأكثر شهرة عالميا إذ يتوافد أعداد كبيرة من الزائرين إلى العراق عموما وكربلاء المقدسة خصوصا لإحياء تلك المناسبة العظيمة، سيما أن الوافدين ليسوا من العراق فحسب بل من خارج البلاد أيضا عبر المنافذ الحدودية المتعددة والطرق الرئيسة والفرعية التي توصل إلى كربلاء المقدسة، وللفضل العظيم لتلك الزيارة والشعيرة المباركة وأعداد الزائرين المتزايد في كل عام جاءت الدراسة لغرض معرفة أهمية الطرق المارة في مدينة المحاويل وهي من الطرق الفرعية المؤدية إلى كربلاء وسبل تنمية خدماتها المقدمة إلى الزائرين. ولعل زيارة الأربعين الخالدة جاءت باهتمام خاص للغاية في أحاديث الأئمة المعصوم عليهم السلام ولما لها من أثار وجدانية في نفوس الموالين فإنهم يعدون تلك الزيارة من الشعائر المقدسة التي يؤدونها في كل عام ولثوابها العظيم كما جاء في رواية عن الإمام جعفر الصادق عليه السلام في الدعاء لزوار قبر الحسين عليه السلام (اللهم اغفر لي ولإخواني وزوار قبر الحسين الذين أنفقوا أموالهم واشخصوا أبدانهم رغبة في برنا ورجاء لما عندك في صلتنا وسرورا ادخلوه على نبيك). ولتوافد أعداد كبيرة من الزائرين الذين يحتاجون إلى العديد من الخدمات كالطعام والشراب والخدمات الصحية والعلاجية وخدمات المبيت في الطرق المؤدية إلى كربلاء المقدسة والخدمات الأمنية وتأمين وصولهم وإعادتهم إلى مدنهم سالمين سيتناول البحث دراسة كفاءة الخدمات الصحية والأمنية التي تتظافر فيها الجهود بالتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية ووزارة الصحة فضلا عن خدمات الطعام والمياه الصالحة للشرب والاستراحة والمبيت التي تقدمها المواكب للزائرين في طرق مدينة المحاويل وسبل تنميتها. يقدر عدد المواكب الخدمية في مدينة المحاويل بــــ (١٥٠) موكبا خدميا ومواكب الزنجيل موزعا على المحاور الرئيسية التي يمر منها الزائرين وتشمل تلك المواكب على مختلف الخدمات الطبية والمرافق الصحية والطعام والشراب وتوجد هيئة تنظم عملهم في المنطقة وتقدم لهم الدعم والإسناد. يتناول المبحث الأول نبذة عن مدينة المحاويل وموقعها والطرق التي يسلكها الزائرين للوصول إلى كربلاء المقدسة فضلا عن تاريخها الحسيني أما المبحث الثاني فيتناول توزيع الخدمات المقدمة للزائرين على الطرق وكفاءتها، أما المبحث الثالث فيدرس إمكانية تنمية تلك الخدمات، والنتائج والتوصيات الخاصة بالدراسة.

The number of service processions in The City of Mahweel is estimated at (150) service processions distributed on the main axes from which visitors pass, including on various medical services, health facilities, food and drink, and there is a body that organizes their work in the area and provides them with support and support. The first topic deals with the city of Mahweel and its location and the ways used by visitors to reach the holy Karbala As well as its husseini history, while the second topic deals with the distribution of services provided to visitors on the roads and its efficiency, while the third topic examines the possibility of developing those services, results and special recommendations. By studying."
