المستخلص: لما كان المصدر الأول للاستدلال للقضايا الأصولية هو كتاب الله تعالى وكانت الآيات متفاوتة في ذكر هذه الأصول والاستدلال بالآية الكريمة (يا أيها الذين آمنوا.....) للمسائل الأصولية في كتب أصول الفقه وكتب التفسير وكتب المرويات فكان البحث في جمع المسائل الأصولية المستدل لها بالآية الكريمة ولكثرتها فقد خص هذا البحث بالاستدلال بالآية للمسائل الأصولية في أبواب القياس والاجتهاد والتقليد والتعارض والترجيح. لقد ركز البحث على جمع المسائل المستدل لها بالآية وترتيبها وفق المنهج الأصولي عند جمهور الأصوليين- المالكية والشافعية والحنابلة- وذكر المستدلين وعزو أقوالهم وبيان وجه دلالة الآية للمسألة المستدل لها وإن تعددت هذه الأوجه. مع العناية بما أورد على أوجه الدلالة من اعتراض. و إذا وقع الاستدلال بالآية لقولين متعارضين فإن البحث يخضعهما للمقارنة والترجيح أيهما أحظ بالآية الكريمة استدلالاً. وكما أظهر هذا البحث عظمة هذه الآية، فقد أظهر أهمية الاشتغال بالقرآن الكريم باعتباره المصدر الأول للاستدلال واستقاء المسائل الأصولية منه، كما أبان عن عظمة أهل العلم من الأصوليين والمفسرين في حسن استحلابهم للنصوص واستثمارها. \

Since the primary source of evidence for principle issues is the Holy Qura'n and since the verses in the Holy Qura'n vary in mentioning such pnnciples as well as in using them for evidence, it attracted the researchers' attention the frequency of using verse 59 of sura Alnisa' " O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day That is the best way and best in result " as a base for principle issues in the books of Fiqh principles and books of Qura'n interpretation and books of narrations Therefore, the researcher designated this paper to using verse 59 of sura Alnisa' to draw evidence in principle issues related to Inference by analogy, interpretative judgment, imitation, contradiction, and preference. This paper looked into collecting a/1 different issues that the verse is used to draw evidence for and to organize it according to the principle methodology recognized by the majority of Malikiah, Shafi'eah, and Hanabilah The paper also mentioned those who used the verse for evidence and their base for using it as well as how the verse was used to draw evidence even if meaning is negotiable The paper then mentioned the oppositions to using the verse for drawing certain evidence and in case the verse was used for two contradicting opinions, the researcher then compared them and made preference of who was closer to using the verse for the right evidence The paper manifested the greatness of this verse and the importance of careful investigation of the Holy Qura'n based on the fact that it is the Primary source of evidence drawing and issues deducing. The paper also showed the great efforts of our prominent scholars and interpreters for their best understanding of the verses and the sayings of the prophet peace be open him \
