Abstract: سعى هذا البحث لدراسة معيار المقامية في مرويات الإمام الصادق (عليه السلام) وهو جزء من معايير النصية في مروياته عليه السلام حاولت فيه تقديم التراث الهاشمي الشريف بقراءة أفادت من ذلك التراكم المعرفي لنصوصه (عليه السلام)، ومن الفكر المعاصر، فهي قراءة تنطلق من الحداثة إلى التراث لتعود إلى الحداثة ثانية؛ إنها قراءة النص التي يخلقها النص من الفضاءات التي يفتحها، داعية إلى قراءة واعية تنبع من داخله. وقد انتظم البحث تحت مطلبين سبقا بمقدمة، وتمهيد خصص لتعريف المقام واستكشافه بين القدامى والمحدثين، وخاتمة لأهم النتائج المستخلصة منه. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج مهمة منها: إن للسياق أثرا كبيرا في بيان قطعية الدلالة في النصوص ورفع الاحتمال عنها، فثمة رابط بين الحدث في النص ومعطياته السياقية، ولذلك سعيت في عدد من مواضع هذه المباحثة لبيان مناسبة السياق وحاولت أن أبين إسهامها في إيصال المعنى منسابا إلى الذهن ومتسقا وكان حصيلة هذا أن ترابطت البنية النصية منتجة لنا شكلا ومضمونا غاية في الرقي وهو ما سعى الإمام إلى إظهاره، وكشفت عنه لغة النص بأدواتها وظواهرها وأساليبها الرصينة.

This research sought to study the criterion of standing in the narrations of Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), which is part of the standards of the text in his narratives. I tried to present the honorable ‘Hashimyʼ heritage with a reading which benefited from the that accumulation of knowledge of its texts. From the modern thought, it is a reading that proceeds from modernity to heritage to return to modernity again; it is a reading of the text in where the text itself creates from the spaces that it opens, calling for a conscious reading that originated from within it. The research was organized under two requirements, by a previous introduction, and a special introduction to find the definition and explore the place between ancient and modern people. Finally, a conclusion to the most important results drawn from it. The research has reached important results, including: the context has a great impact in explaining the definitive significance of the texts and raising the possibility of them.
