المستخلص: إن لثورة الإمام الحسين أهدافا كثيرة وعميقة، جميعها حري بالبحث والتنقيب والتدقيق، ونحن نريد أن نسلط الضوء على أحد أهم أهداف تلك الثورة المباركة، والذي كان شعارا لها، وهو الإصلاح، وهذا ما صرح به الإمام الحسين. مشكلة البحث: أثر الإصلاح الحسيني على الخطاب الفقهي المعاصر في ظل النظرية الميتافيزيقية. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى بيان الإصلاح الحسيني وأثره في إنتاج الخطاب الفقهي المعاصر من خلال النظريات التي فسرت النهضة الحسينية ومجريات الأحداث فيها. خطة البحث: قسم الباحث البحث إلى مقدمة ومباحث ثلاث تناول في المقدمة مشكلة البحث وأهدافه، ومنهجيته. تناول في المبحث الأول: مفهوم الإصلاح الحسيني ودواعيه ومراحله وأثره في الخطاب الفقهي. وفي المبحث الثاني أثر الإصلاح الحسيني في الخطاب الفقهي المعاصر. وفي المبحث الثالث النظرية الميتافيزيقية في الإصلاح الحسيني للخطاب الفقهي المعاصر. وفي الختام ذكر الباحث بعض النتائج والتوصيات التي أفرزها البحث توصل إليها الباحث في بحثه.

The revolution of Imam Hussain has many and deep goals, all of which are free to search, excavate, and scrutinize, and we want to shed light on one of the most important goals of that blessed revolution, which was its slogan: reform, and this is what Imam Al-Hussein declared. Research problem: What is the impact of the Husseini reform on contemporary jurisprudential discourse in light of metaphysical theory? Research objectives: The research aims to explain the Husseini reform and its impact on the production of contemporary jurisprudential discourse through theories that explain the Husseinian renaissance and the course of events in it Research methodology: The researcher divided the research into an introduction and three demands. He addressed in the introduction the research problem, its objectives, and its methodology I will address in the first requirement: the concept, reasons and stages of the Husseini reform and its impact on the jurisprudential discourse In the second requirement, I will address the impact of the Husseini reform on contemporary jurisprudential discourse In the third requirement I will deal with the metaphysical theory in the Husseini reform of contemporary jurisprudential discourse In conclusion, the researcher mentioned some of the findings and recommendations that emerged from the research that the researcher had reached in his research.
