سلط البحث الضوء على مشهد الإبداع وكيفية تبلوره لدى الأطفال، انطلاقا من قنوات التنشئة الاجتماعية، وكيفية تعاطي المجتمع مع هذه الظاهرة، وذلك نتيجة التوجه العالمي المتصاعد نحو مجتمع المعرفة، الذي أصبح يستند بدرجة كبيرة إلى النتاجات الإبداعية. كما سعى إلى تبيان أهمية المجتمعي - الثقافي في بلورة ظاهرة الإبداع في إطار رصد تأثير البنى- المجتمعية، المتمثلة بمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية على ظاهرة الإبداع لدى الأطفال ( بين 10-15 سنة)، فضلا عن مقاربة الأطر المعرفية لظاهرة الإبداع، والإشارة إلى تبلوره على الصعيد المحلي، بغية فهم الأبعاد النظرية المكونة لموضوع الإبداع ومدى ارتباط أنماط فهمه هذه، بالبنى المجتمعية والثقافية التي أنتجته، لتقارب بصورة أدق مظاهره من الناحية الميدانية. أشارت النتائج إلى انعكاس مستويات فهم الإبداع، على الشرائح المثقفة تبايناً في توصيف المفهوم بأبعاده ومراميه، وإلى تصاعد الاهتمام بالإبداع الطمي، وتبين أن مظاهر الإبداع لدى الأطفال تنمو بفعل تدني تأثير العلاقات العمودية التسلطية، كما تبين الحراك الواضح للمؤسسات التربوية بفعل سياسات تخطيطية سعت لدعم الإبداع في مدينة الخبر، في مقابل اجتهادات فردية من مؤسسات تنموية، وجمعيات أهلية تسعى لدعم إبداع الأطفال في مدينة صيدا.
The thesis aimed to shed the light on the scene of creativity in children, based on socialization bringing up channels, and how the community deals with this phenomenon, and so out of the growing global trend towards knowledge-based society, which has become largely based on creative productions. The thesis also tried to shed the light on the importance of cultural society in highlighting and developing the phenomenon of creativity, by monitoring the impact of the socialization bodies, e.g., the social bringing up institutions, on the phenomenon of creativity in children (10-15 years). The thesis also tried to get the cognitive frameworks of the phenomenon of creativity together, and pointed to that development on the local level, so as to understand the dimensions of the theoretical component of the subject of creativity and how deep those frameworks are connected to the social and cultural structures from which it was produced. That has created a more accurate field side approaching of its manifestations. The field of the study has covered the city of SAIDA (Republic of Lebanon) and The city of Al Khobar (Saudi Arabia), due to the different and common characteristics that made it possible to make the comparison of cultural and educational patterns and also helped much to compare the educational and cultural patterns in both cities. That all helped in the clear highlighting of the importance of the socio- cultural factor in developing children creativity in different aspects. The Field research included the use of the interview technique (with experts and specialists), and the fill in form (for children classified as creators and their families). The thesis is divided into two main sections: the first section (included four chapters) focused on the theoretical aspect work of the study, dealt with creativity in the Lebanon/ Saudi Arabia, and creativity in community channels in both countries, while the second section (included Four chapters too) pointed out, to the procedural framework about socialization bringing up and the scene of creativity in the two cities. The results have shown different levels of understanding of creativity in the different intellectual segments of the society" in the understanding of the concept dimensions, aims characterization. The results also shown an arousing of interest in creativity and scientific rationalization of other creations, especially artistic ones, and shown that the manifestations of creativity among children grow due to the low impact of vertical authoritarian relations in the structure of family system in a community based research, as opposed to a clear absence of the role of religious and media institutions, in pushing for the discovery and development of creative abilities in children. The result also showed a good moving forward by the educational institutions by planning policies sought to support creativity, in Al Khobar. While in Sidon there were only some sole efforts of development institutions and associations Eligibility seeking to support the creativity of children.
