520 |b Since regaining its independence and achieving territorial integrity, Morocco has undertaken a multitude of economic and social policies and reforms to promote its development in an inclusive and sustainable manner. Some policies have already been successfully implemented; others need to be urgently reviewed. Given the challenges in all areas, Morocco continues to pursue its quest for economic and social development to this day, particularly in the area of education-training-employment, which tops the list of citizens' concerns. The education-training-employment triptych, a large-scale project, must be reshaped and adapted to the national context in order to guarantee equitable and inclusive education and teaching at all levels of learning, both public and private, and to boost the employability of young people regardless of their social background, territory or gender.  |d Depuis le recouvrement de son indépendance et le parachèvement de son intégrité territoriale, le Maroc a engagé une multitude de politiques et réformes économiques et sociales devant promouvoir son développement d’une manière inclusive et durable. Certaines politiques ont pu être d’ores et déjà mises en place avec succès ; d’autres doivent être revues en urgence. Compte tenu des défis à relever dans tous les domaines, le Maroc continue à poursuivre sa quête de développement économique et social jusqu’à aujourd’hui notamment dans le domaine de l’éducation-formation-emploi qui vient en tête de la liste des préoccupations des citoyens. Le triptyque éducation-formation-emploi, chantier de grande ampleur, doit être remodelé et adapté au contexte national afin de garantir une éducation et un enseignement équitables et inclusifs à tous les niveaux d’apprentissage aussi bien au public qu’au privé et de booster l’employabilité des jeunes quelques soit leur milieu social, leur territoire ou leur genre.  |a منذ استعادة استقلاله واستكمال وحدة أراضيه، شرع المغرب في العديد من السياسات والإصلاحات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لتعزيز تنميته بطريقة شاملة ومستدامة. بعض السياسات تم تنفيذها بنجاح، في حين تحتاج أخرى إلى مراجعة عاجلة. بالنظر إلى التحديات التي يجب مواجهتها في جميع المجالات، يواصل المغرب سعيه لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية حتى اليوم خصوصا في مجال التعليم، التدريب والتوظيف الذي يتصدر قائمة اهتمامات المواطنين. مشروع التعليم، التدريب والتوظيف مشروع واسع النطاق، يجب إعادة تشكيله وتكييفه مع السياق الوطني من أجل ضمان تعليم منصف وشامل على جميع مستويات التعلم، العام والخاص على حد سواء، وتعزيز إمكانية توظيف الشباب بغض النظر عن خلفيتهم الاجتماعية أو إقليمهم أو جنسهم.
