المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أثر مظاهر العولمة العلمية والتكنولوجية التي أدت إلى هيمنة ثقافية شاملة للآخر المتقدم، فنتج عن هذا الوضع تساؤل كبير عن مصير الخصوصيات الثقافية والحضارية مما أنتج مواقف متباينة: هناك من يدعو إلى التكيف مع مقتضيات المرحلة الجديدة، على الرغم من الآثار التي قد تتركها على الهوية والخصوصيات الثقافية. وآخر يدعو إلى الوقوف ضدها والقطيعة معها. إنها إشكالية لازالت موضع نقاش متباين وفي معظم الآحيان متقابل بين التيارات الفكرية العربية فظهر ذلك السؤال "لماذا تأخر العرب وتقدم غيرهم؟" وغيرها من الأسئلة المتقابلة، كان مسعاها البحث عن مكانة للذات العربية وبالتالي للهوية الثقافية في هذا العالم الجديد أثناء جدلها مع الآخر. وفي هذا السياق برزت المشاريع الفكرية النظرية المتعلقة بإعادة النظر في التراث والبحث في إمكانات جديدة تكون بمثابة موجهات نظرية ناجعة وتاريخية معرفية للحداثة. كانت أحد الرهانات التي واجهت العرب والفكر العربي إيجاد صيغة جديدة للأنا والآخر تكون قادرة على وضع العرب على درب التقدم التاريخي والحضاري. اتبع الباحث المنهجية التحليلية النقدية في هذا البحث ليصل إلى أن استلهام التراث وفهمه هو جزء أساسي لصنع الذات وتأكيدها يمنح إمكانية واسعة لوعي الذات ووعي التاريخ أي يمنحنا وعيا بالمهام التاريخية المطلوبة لإنجاز مهمة تجاوز التخلف. بهذا المعنى فإن ما يسمى ضرورة الاندماج ضمن الثقافة العالمية، هي المطلب لتجاوز الصراع بين الذات والآخر. والإسهام في هذه الحضارة الإنسانية لن يتحقق إلا إذا انطلقنا من روح العصر، دون العودة إلى ما هو أدنى من قيم هذا العصر، ودون أن نقطع الذي يوصلنا بالتقدم الحضاري العالمي الإنساني.

The research aims to display the impact of the scientific and technological aspects of globalization that led to a comprehensive cultural domination of the developed other. This situation resulted in a great question about the fate of the cultural and civilizational peculiarities, which produced different positions: There are those who call for adaptation to the requirements of the new stage, despite the effects that may be left on identity and cultural peculiarities, and another that calls for standing against it and breaking with it. It is a problem that is still the subject of divergent debate and in most cases a contradiction between Arab intellectual currents, so that question arose, "why do Arabs recede while others progress?" And other controversial questions that have always looked for a position to the Arabic identity and thus to the cultural identity in this new world during its controversy with the other. In this context, theoretical intellectual projects related to the review of heritage and search for new possibilities to be as effective theoretical and historical cognitive guides for modernity. One of the stakes that faced Arabs and intellectual Arabic, was to find a new formula for the ego and the other that would be able to put Arabs on the path of historical and cultural progress. The researcher followed the critical analytical method to reach that inspiration and understanding of heritage is an essential part of self-making and affirmation that gives us a broad potential for self-awareness and awareness of history, that gives us awareness of the required historical tasks to achieve the task of passing lag. In this sense, the so called necessity of integrating into the global culture, is the requirement to overcome the conflict between the self and the other. Contribution to this civilization will not be achieved unless we proceed from the spirit of the age, without going back to that is less from the values of this age, and without cutting that connect us with the humanistic global civilizational progress.
