بالنظر للظروف الحالية التي تمر بها بلادنا والعالم أجمع بسبب جائحة "كوفيد 19" التي أدت لحظر التجول في البلاد الأمر الذي ترتب عليه قفل الجامعات، ليست هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يتم فيها إغلاق الجامعات فقد أغلقت من قبل أثناء سقوط النظام البائد، أن قرار الإغلاق قرار حكيم جدا نشكر معالي السيدة وزير التعليم العالي لحرصها على سلامة الطلاب والعاملين والأساتذة، ولكن حتى اليوم لم يجد العلماء لقاح شافي لهذا الوباء إذن هل ستتوقف العملية التعليمية أم لابد من إيجاد حل بديل؟ في هذا البحث أردنا تسليط الضوء على أهمية تفعيل التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات السودانية كحل لمثل هذه الجائحة وحتى تستمر العملية التعليمية. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى توظيف التقنيات المتوفرة بالهواتف النقالة الذكية في العملية التعليمية من خلال تصميم وبناء تطبيق يعمل على الهواتف الذكية للتواصل والتفاعل بين الأستاذ والطالب خارج إطار المؤسسة التعليمية. هذا البحث يقدم مقترح لنظام تعليم إلكتروني قابل للتطبيق في أي مؤسسة تعليمية، التطبيق يمكن الأستاذ من إرسال الملفات والواجبات والإشعارات إلى الطلاب من خلال التطبيق كما يعرض الملفات وتحميلها وأيضا عرض الإشعارات والواجبات وكذلك تمكين الأساتذة والطلاب من مناقشة المواضيع العلمية والمواضيع المتعلقة بالدراسة عن طريق التطبيق، تم استخدام المنهج التطبيقي وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فعالية التطبيق في حل بعض المشكلات التي تواجه الأستاذ والطالب في التواصل والتفاعل مع بعضهم البعض وكذلك أظهرت النتائج فعالية استخدام التطبيق في تسهيل الحصول على المعلومات التي يحتاجها الطالب مثل المحاضرات والملفات المتعلقة بالدراسة والإعلانات الدورية والإشعارات وسهولة الحصول على الواجبات وحلها وتسليمها حيث أصبح بإمكان الأستاذ مشاركة وإرسال الملفات إلى الطلاب عبر الهاتف أو الحاسوب وهم في المنزل أو من أي مكان، وقد وفر التطبيق للأستاذ إمكانية إنشاء وإرسال المهام والواجبات الدراسية إلى الطلاب وكذلك إمكانية الطلاب الاطلاع على المهام والواجبات الدراسية التي يرسلها الأستاذ وحلها وتسليمها بكل سهولة ويسر كما أتاح التطبيق للأساتذة والطلاب إمكانية مناقشة المواضيع العلمية والمواضيع المتعلقة بالدراسة عن طريق خاصية نشر المنشورات وكذلك التفاعل معها.
Given the current conditions our country and the world are going through due to the "Covid 19" pandemic that led to the curfew in the country, which resulted in the closure of universities, this is not the first time that universities have been closed. They were closed before during the fall of the former regime. The decision to close is a decision. Very wise, we thank His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education for her concern for the safety of students, workers, and teachers, but until today, scientists have not found a cure for this epidemic, so will the educational process stop or should an alternative solution be found? In this research, we wanted to shed light on the importance of activating e learning in Sudanese universities as a solution to such a pandemic and so that the educational process continues. The current research aims to employ the technologies available with smart mobile phones in the educational process by designing and building an application that works on smart phones for communication and interaction between the professor And the student outside the framework of the educational institution. This research provides a proposal for an e-learning system that is applicable in any educational institution, the application enables the teacher to send files, assignments and notices to students through the application, as well as display and download files and also display notices and assignments, as well as enable teachers and students to discuss topics The scientific and topics related to the study by application, the applied approach was used, and the results of the research showed the effectiveness of the application in solving some of the problems facing the professor and the student in communicating and interacting with each other, as well as the results showed the effectiveness of using the application in facilitating access to the information that the student needs such as lectures And files related to study, periodic announcements, notices, and ease of getting the assignment It has been resolved and delivered, as the professor can now share and send files to students by phone or computer while they are at home or from anywhere, and the application has provided the professor with the ability to create and send assignments and assignments to students, as well as the ability for students to view the assignments and assignments sent by the professor, solve and deliver With ease and ease, the application also allowed professors and students to discuss scientific topics and topics related to the study through the feature of publishing publications as well as interacting with them.
