|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان فكرة جديدة لم يتناولها أحد- فيما أعلم- بدراسة مستقلة وهي (الترجيح بالمقاصد عند المفسرين)، وقد قمت بدراسة تطبيقية على (نماذج مما رجح فيها المفسرون بين الأقوال التفسيرية بالمقاصد)، وكان الغرض من البحث الإجابة سؤال (كيف فعل المفسرون المقاصد في الترجيح بين الأقوال التفسيرية؟). منهج الدراسة: تقتضي طبيعة البحث تعدد المناهج؛ ولذلك فإن الباحث جمع في هذه الدراسة بين الاستقراء والتحليل. أما المنهج الاستقرائي: ففي تتبع الآيات القرآنية التي رجح فيها العلماء بين الأقوال التفسيرية بالمقاصد، والتحليل للوقوف على أنواع المقاصد التي رجح بها العلماء بين الأقوال. توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. إدراك المقاصد سبيل من سبل اختيار أصح الأقوال، والإفادة من الأقوال الصحيحة التي هي خلاف الأصح، ورد الأقوال الخاطئة. 2. الترجيح بالمقاصد: تقوية أحد الأقوال في التفسير بالمقاصد، وتضعيف أو رد ما سواه. 3. ضرورة مراعاة قواعد الترجيح الأخرى المتعلقة بالمأثور، واللغة، والسياق عند الترجيح بالمقاصد.
|b This research aims to clarify a new idea that no one has dealt with - as far as I know - in an independent study, which is (The weighting of the purposes of the commentators), I conducted an applied study on (examples of what the commentators preferred among the interpretive sayings of the purposes), and the purpose of the research was to answer the question (How did the commentators activate the purposes in weighting between the interpretive sayings?). Study Approach: The nature of the research requires multiple approaches. Therefore, the researcher combined in this study between extrapolation and analysis. As for the inductive approach: it is in tracing the Qur’anic verses in which scholars have preferred between the interpretative sayings of the purposes, and the analysis to determine the types of purposes that the scholars preferred among the sayings. The research reached the following results: 1. Understanding the purposes is one of the ways to choose the correct sayings, to benefit from the correct sayings that are contrary to the more sound, and to return the wrong ones. 2. The weighting of the purposes: strengthening one of the sayings in the interpretation of the purposes, and weakening or rejecting what is otherwise. 3. The necessity of observing the other weighting rules related to proverbs, language, and context when weighting the purposes.
