هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى استخدام معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي الشق الأول لأساليب العقاب بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمدينة بنغازي كما هدفت إلى معرفة أبرز أشكال أساليب العقاب المستخدمة من قبل المعلمين بالإضافة إلى معرفة الفروق بين المعلمين في استخدام أساليب العقاب حسب المتغيرات الآتية: سنوات الخبرة- المؤهل العلمي- التخصص، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي الشق الأول، بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينه بنغازي في إطار المؤسسات التعليمية بنغازي المركز البالغ عددهم 1773 معلماً ومعلمة، وفقاً لإحصاءات مكتب التعليم الأساسي بنغازي 2018- 2019م، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من 124 مفردة بنسبة تمثيل 7% من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع بياناتها على أداة من إعداد الباحثة وتصميمها مكونة من 26 فقرة موزعة على مجالين؛ مجال استخدام المعلمين لأساليب العقاب، والمجال الثاني يحوي أشكال أساليب العقاب، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - يستخدم معلمو مرحلة التعليم الأساسي الشق الأول بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمدينه بنغازي في إطار عينة الدراسة [بنغازي المركز] أساليب العقاب بدرجة متوسطة. - كما بينت الدراسة أن أبرز أشكال العقاب المستخدم بين معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي الشق الأول، أسلوب التهديد والتخويف، وأسلوب الضرب بالعصا على اليدين (العقاب البدني). - كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق في استخدام العقاب بين معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي الشق الأول بمدينة بنغازي ترجع إلى المتغيرات الآتية: سنوت الخبرة- المؤهل العلمي- التخصص.
The study aimed to know the extent to which teachers of the basic education stage use the first part of punishment methods in the basic education schools in Benghazi. It also aimed to know the most prominent forms of punishment methods used by teachers in addition to knowing the differences between teachers in using punishment methods according to the following variables: years of experience- academic qualification- Specialization, and the study community consisted of teachers of the basic education stage, the first part, in basic education schools in the city of Benghazi within the framework of educational institutions, Benghazi The center, which numbered 1773 teachers, according to the statistics of the Benghazi Basic Education Office 2018- 2019, and the study sample was chosen from 124 items representing 7% of the original population of the study. The study relied on collecting its data on a tool prepared by the researcher and its design consisting of 26 paragraphs distributed into two fields in the field of teachers' use of methods of punishment, and the second field contains forms of punishment methods, and the study reached the following results: - Teachers of the basic education stage use the first class in basic education schools in Benghazi within the framework of the study sample [Benghazi Center] methods of punishment with a medium degree. - The study also showed that the most prominent forms of punishment used among teachers of the basic education stage are the first part, the method of threatening and intimidation, and the method of hitting the stick on the hands (corporal punishment). - The results of the study also showed that there are no differences in the use of punishment between teachers of the first stage of basic education in Benghazi due to the following variables: years of experience- academic qualification- specialization.
