|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأبعاد المشكلة للثقافة الوطنية والمتمثلة في تجنب عدم التأكد، التفاوت السلطوي، الذكورية مقابل الأنثوية، الفردية مقابل الجماعية، واختبار أثرها على الاستباقية كسلوك داخل المؤسسة. لتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم هيكلة استمارة وتوزيعها على العاملين بالمستويات الإدارية العليا في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية عنابة، حيث بلغ حجم العينة 51 مفردة. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V19))، واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى توفر توجه إيجابي لأبعاد الثقافة الوطنية مع وجود أثر معنوي في الاستباقية كسلوك للتوجه المقاولاتي.
|b The purpose of this study is identify the dimensions of the national culture represented in avoid uncertainty, power distance, masculinity versus femininity, individualism versus collectivism, and to test its impact on proactiveness as an behavior in the organization. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was structured and distributed to employees at higher administrative levels in PME at Annaba, where the sample size reached 51. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and the data was processed using (SPSS V19) program, and the appropriate statistical methods were used. The study found a positive trend for the dimensions of the national culture, with a significant impact on proactivity as a behavior for the entrepreneurial orientation.
