المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد طبيعة الاستراتيجية المقترحة برياض الأطفال والتعرف على بعض الخبرات والتجارب الأجنبية والاستفادة منها في مجال المشاركة المجتمعية برياض الأطفال بالدقهلية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (98) معلمة ووكيلة ومعلمة مساعدة برياض الأطفال في الريف والحضر بمحافظة الدقهلية، كما اشتملت على (45) من أولياء أمور الأطفال الملتحقين برياض الأطفال الريفية والحضرية بمحافظة الدقهلية، وأيضا اشتملت على (20) فرد موزعين على الهيئات والنقابات والجمعيات الأهلية ومراكز الشباب والأندية الرياضية ورجال الأعمال والغرف التجارية والقصور الثقافية بمحافظة الدقهلية، واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات الدراسة تمثلت في (الاستبيان لكل من المعلمات وأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي). وقد أوضحت النتائج: أنه بتطبيق اختبار (ت) بين المجموعات (من معلمات ومديرات رياض الأطفال بالريف والحضر وبالمجتمع المحلي) عينة الدراسة جاءت النتيجة (غير دالة) أي أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعات في تحقيق محاور الاستبيان، مما يعني أن المؤشرات الدالة على هذه المحاور من الصعب تحقيقها في رياض الأطفال الريفية والحضرية، وضرورة وجود مشاركة من قبل أفراد المجتمع المحلي (عينة الدراسة) في تحسين برامج التربية برياض الأطفال من خلال خطط توعية لحث المجتمع، وهذا يدل على وجود تقصير من قبل المسئولية عن المرحلة، ومسئول الروضات في تفعيل الدور التربوي وتعزيز التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي.

The current study aimed to determine the nature of the proposed strategy in kindergartens and to identify some foreign experiences and experiences and to benefit from them in the field of community participation in the kindergarten in Dakahlia. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the comparative approach, and the study sample included (98) teachers, agents and assistants in the kindergarten in the countryside And urban areas in Dakahlia Governorate, as it included (45) parents of children enrolled in rural and urban kindergartens in Dakahlia Governorate, and also included (20) individuals distributed among bodies, unions, civil associations, youth centers, sports clubs, businessmen, chambers of commerce and cultural palaces in Dakahlia governorate, and the researcher used The study tools were represented in (questionnaire for teachers, parents and the local community). The results showed: That by applying the (T) test between groups (from teachers and directors of kindergartens in rural and urban areas and in the local community), the study sample came out (non- indicative), meaning that there are no statistically significant differences between groups in achieving the questionnaire axes, which means that the indicators indicating these axes It is difficult to achieve it in rural and urban kindergartens, and the need for participation by members of the local community (the study sample) in improving education programs in kindergartens through awareness plans to stimulate the community, and this indicates the existence of a default by the responsibility for the stage, and the kindergarten official in activating the role Educational and strengthening communication with the local community.
