المستخلص: بحثت هذه الدراسة في موضوع واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية وعلاقتها بجودة الأداء من وجهة نظر منسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. هدفت الدراسة إلى: تحديد دوافع تطبيق الحوكمة الرشيدة في كليات التربية بجامعات المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. تحديد درجة تحقيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة في كليات التربية بجامعات المملكة العربية السعودية. تحديد واقع جودة الأداء في كليات التربية بجامعات المملكة العربية السعودية. تحديد العلاقة بين درجة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة ودرجة جودة الأداء بكليات التربية بجامعات المملكة العربية السعودية. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام أداة الاستبيان، وطبق الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة تبوك وجامعة الباحة، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوي (0.01) موجبة بين متوسطات درجة ممارسة مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة ومتوسطات درجة جودة الأداء، في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية.

This study examined the reality of the application of good governance in colleges of education in Saudi universities and its relationship to the quality of performance from the point of view of its members of the teaching staff. The study aimed to: Determine the motives for implementing good governance in the colleges of education in the universities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the point of view of the faculty members. Determining the degree to which the principles of good governance are achieved in the faculties of education in the universities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Determining the reality of the quality of performance in the colleges of education in the universities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Determining the relationship between the degree of application of the principles of governance and the degree of performance quality in the faculties of education in the universities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the use of the questionnaire tool, and applied the field study to a sample of faculty members at the College of Education at the University of Tabuk and the University of Hail, the study concluded that there is a correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01) positive between the averages of the degree of practicing the principles of good governance. And the averages of the degree of quality of performance in the faculties of education in Saudi universities.
