هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى رضا أولياء أمور التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية عن البرامج التربوية الملتحق بها أبناؤهم في ولايات السودان المختلفة. تمثلت البرامج التربوية في خدمات تعليمية؛ وخدمات طبية؛ وخدمات تواصلية؛ وخدمات الارشاد والتدخل المبكر؛ والانشطة اللاصفية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، تكون مجتمع البحث من أولياء أمور التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، المسجلين في برامج التربية الخاصة في معاهد الأمل للصم وضعاف السمع؛ والبرامج المقدمة في المدرسة العادية للصم وضعاف السمع في مدن السودان المختلفة خلال العام الدراسي 2018/2019م، تم اختيار عينة البحث والبالغة (٣٣٢) ولي أمر، بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى رضاء أولياء الأمور عن البرامج التربوية الملتحق بها أبناؤهم مرتفعا. ووجدت فروق معنوية في رضا أولياء الأمور عن البرامج التربوية الملتحق بها أبناؤهم تعزى لمتغير المدينة، بين كسلا والخرطوم ونيالا لصالح كسلا، وبين شندي والخرطوم ونيالا والدويم لصالح شندي. ولم توجد فروق تبعا للمستوى التعليمي للوالدين في خدمات التدخل المبكر وخدمات الانشطة اللاصفية، بينما وجدت فروق في الخدمات التعليمية والخدمات الطبية وخدمات التواصل والإرشاد الاسري والرضا الكلى عن البرامج التعليمية، لصالح دون الثانوي، وفي الخدمات الطبية بين الثانوي والجامعي لصالح الثانوي، وفي الرضا الكلي بين دون الثانوي وفوق الجامعي لصالح دون الثانوي، ووجدت فروق في رضا أولياء الأمور عن البرامج التربوية الملتحق بها أبناؤهم تعزى لمتغير نوع التلميذ لصالح الإناث، ووجدت فروق في رضاء أولياء الأمور عن البرامج التربوية الملتحق بها أبناؤهم تعزى لمتغير اختلاف ولي الأمر (أب، أم، غيرهما) لصالح الأب، في ختام البحث تم تقديم بعض التوصيات بناءا على نتائج البحث أهمها ضرورة تفعيل مشاركة أولياء الأمور في عملية تأهيل أبنائهم ذوي الإعاقة.
The research aimed to identify the level of satisfaction of parents of students with hearing disabilities with the educational programs that their children are enrolled in, which took place in various states of Sudan. Educational programs consisted of educational services such as; medical services; communication services; early counseling and intervention services; and extracurricular activities. The researcher used the descriptive approach, the research community consisted of the parents of students with hearing disability, who are enrolled in special education programs at the institutes of Hope for the Deaf and People with Hearing Difficulties; and the programs offered at the common governmental schools for the deaf and people with hearing difficulties in different cities of Sudan during the academic year 2018/2019.A sample of (332) parents was chosen by using simple random criteria. The results of the research showed that the parents' satisfaction level with the educational programs that their children are enrolled in is high. Significance differences were found in the parents' satisfaction of the educational programs that their children were attending due to the city variable, between Kassala, Khartoum, and Nyala in favor of Kassala, and between Shindi, Khartoum, Nyala, and Al-Dawim for Shindi. According to the educational level of the parents . Findings also showed there were no statistical differences in early intervention and extracurricular activities. However, some differences were found in educational, medical, communication, home counseling services and parents’ total satisfaction of the educational programs in the favour of those who study in the educational stages below secondary schools. Significance differences were found in medical services between secondary schools and universities for those who study at universities, also there were some differences in the parents’ total satisfaction favoring those who study at stages before university.The study also found significance differences were found in the parents ’satisfaction with the educational programs to which their children were enrolled due to the variable of the student type in favor of females. Provide some recommendations based on the search results; the most important is to make children caregiver involved in their rehabilitation.
