|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم الثقافة السياسية حسب غابريال ألموند وسيدني فيربا من خلال التطرق إلى تعريف الثقافة السياسية كمصطلح والجذور الفكرية والتاريخية للثقافة السياسية وتطوراتها وأهميتها بالنسبة للنظام السياسي والمجتمع، ورؤية كل من غابريال ألموند وسيدني فيربا لاقتراب الثقافة السياسية، وأنماطها وخصائصها. وقد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن تشخيص الثقافة السياسية لدى كل من غابريال ألموند وسيدني فيربا له دور مهم في تسليط الضوء على العراقيل التي تعيق تطور الأنظمة السياسية والمجتمعات لأن نوع الثقافة السياسية وخصائصها تعكس واقع المجتمع وتساهم في تحديد شكل النظام السياسي.
|b This study aims to define the concept of political culture according to Gabriel Almond and Sydney verba, by addressing the definition of political culture as a term and the intellectual and historical roots of political culture, and its development and its importance for the political system and society, and the vision of both Gabriel Almond and Sydney verba about the approach of political culture, its patterns and characteristics. In this study, we concluded that the diagnosis of political culture by both Gabriel Almond and Sydney Verba has an important role in shedding light on the obstacles that hinder the development of political systems and societies. Because the type of political culture and its characteristics reflect the reality of society and contributes a very large role in determining the form of and the political system.
