هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الخصخصة على الأداء الإداري والمالي للشركة السودانية للاتصالات المحدودة، التعرف على التغيرات التي حدثت في الشركة بعد عملية الخصخصة، من خلال عدد من الفرضيات منها أن استخدام الخصخصة يؤدي لتطوير الأداء المالي والإداري للمؤسسة ويمكنها من حل مشاكلها بالتعلم من التجارب السابقة ومجاراة تغييرات البيئة المحيطة تؤدي الخصخصة إلى جذب الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي بزيادة عدد المساهمين، اعتمد البحث في جمع المعلومات على المقابلات الشخصية .مع الإداريين في الشركة لاختبار أراء المستفيدين من الخدمة بجانب المراجع والتقارير وأوراق العمل وشبكه الإنترنت. لقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة نتائج منها اتباع أسلوب الخصخصة ساهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء والنهوض بالشركة. تضاعف أرباح الشركة أدى إلى زيادة دعم الخزينة، اتباع الشركة لمبدأ المرونة والمشاركة القيادية أدى إلى رفع روح الفريق العامل وشعورهم بالانتماء للشركة، لقد اختتمت الدراسة بتوصيات منها أهمية التعاون التام بين القطاع العام والحكومة والخاص لمعالجة جميع المشاكل الناتجة عن عملية الخصخصة. الابتعاد عن أسلوب البيع الكامل للمشاريع العامة للقطاع الخاص حتى لا يتحول المستثمر الخاص لمحتكر.
The study aimed to learn the impact of privatization on the administrative and financial performance of the Sudanese Telecommunication Corporation Limited. The research relied on collecting personal opposing with the company's administrators to evaluate the opinions of the beneficiaries of the service, as well as references, reports and working papers. The study aimed to identify the changes that took place in the company after the privatization process, through a number of hypotheses that the use of privatization leads to the development of financial and administrative performance institutions and enables them to solve their problems by learning from experiences and keeping pace with changes in the surrounding environment. Privatization leads to attracting domestic and foreign investment by increasing the number of shareholders. The study reached a number of results, including privatization, which contributed to raising the efficiencyof performance and advancement of the company. The study concluded with recommendations such as the importance of full cooperation between the public sector, government and private to address all problems resulting from the privatization process. Stay away from the selling method. Full of public projects for the private sector so as not to turn the private investor to a monopoly.
