المستخلص: يدرس هذا البحث الاهتمام الدولي بالأمن الغذائي، ويهدف إلى بيان المقصود من مصطلح الأمن الغذائي وتحديد أهم أبعاده، وتحديد العلاقة بين تحقيق الأمن الغذائي واستقرار الفرد والمجتمع، كما يهدف إلى بيان دور التشريع في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتطوير سبل حمايته، وتحليل بعض النصوص الدولية والدستورية لبيان المناهج التشريعية المختلفة في سبيل تحقيق ذلك، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أن عناية الدول بموضوع الأمن الغذائي تظهر من خلال اهتمامها بسبل تحقيقه وسعيها للمحافظة عليه؛ لأن استقرارها منوط به، فهو أساس كل أمن، ومن المظاهر النظرية للعناية الدولية بتحقيق الأمن الغذائي النصوص الدولية والهيئات المتعلقة بالأمن الغذائي، وكذا الدساتير التي لم تخل من هذا الموضوع إما تصريحا أو تلميحا، ومن المظاهر التطبيقية الكثيرة للعناية الدولية بتحقيق الأمن الغذائي مراقبة الأغذية ومعاقبة المخالفين.

This research studies the international concern in food security. It aims at clarifying the meaning of the term food security and identifying its most important dimensions, and determining the relationship between achieving food security and the stability of the person and society. It also aims to explain the role of legislation in achieving food security and to develop ways to protect it, and to analyze some international and constitutional articles to show the different legislative approaches in order to achieve this. Among the most important results of the research is that countries' concern in the issue of food security demonstrated by their concern in ways to achieve it and their efforts to preserve it. Because its stability entrusted to it, it is the basis of all security. Among the theoretical manifestations of international concern, for achieving food security is the international articles and bodies related to food security, as well as constitutions that have not been free from this issue either explicitly or implicitly. Among the many practical manifestations of international concern for achieving food, security is food control and punishment offenders.
