|a تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الاتصال التنظيمي بعملية اتخاذ القرار بالهيئات الرياضية حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي على عينة قدرها 16 فرد من أعضاء الجمعية العامة و25 موظف باللجنة الأولمبية الرياضية، حيث اعتمد الباحثون على استبيانين احدهم موجه للموظفين والأخر لأعضاء الجمعية، وقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على: أنه تتوقف فاعلية الاتصالات بين الموظفين على مدى توفر المعلومات بشكل دقيق وبحجم أكبر، وذلك من أجل قرارات من شانها الأخذ بالهيئة إلى عجلة التنمية والتطور، ولا بدا من مواكبة الهيئات الرياضية لكل التقنيات الحديثة والمتطورة التي تتميز بالدقة والجودة والعصرنة التي يؤدي استخدامها إلى اتخاذ قرارات فعال.
|b The study aims to know the relationship of organizational communication to the decision-making process of sports bodies, where the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample of 16 members of the General Assembly and 25 employees of the Olympic Sports Committee. The researchers relied on two questionnaires, one of which is directed to employees and now to members of the Assembly, The results of this study have resulted in: So that the effectiveness of communications between employees depends on the availability of information in an accurate and larger size, in order to make decisions that will take the authority to the wheel of development and development, and sports bodies must keep pace with all modern and advanced technologies that are characterized by accuracy, quality and modernity that Its use leads to effective decision-making.
