The purpose of this work is twofold. First of all, I would like to describe the impact of training on skills development. In the second phase, I propose an approach or suggestion that allows this insurance company to effectively develop the skills of its employees. This is especially important since the company's training policy does not lead to a significant improvement in the professional skills of some executives. To this end, i have adopted a research-action approach based on an explanatory descriptive type problem. For this, i relied on a questionnaire and an interview developed with the management of the Company. L’objectif de ce travail est double. Il s’agit en premier lieu d’exposer l’impact de la formation sur le développement des compétences. En second lieu, nous souhaitons proposer une démarche ou une suggestion qui permet à cette compagnie d’assurance de développer efficacement les compétences de ses salariés. Car, cette société organise des formations, mais ces dernières ne se traduisent pas par une amélioration dans la qualité de travail de certains cadres. A noter, qu’il s’agit d’une demande informelle de la part de la compagnie. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté la démarche recherche-action en adoptant une problématique de type descriptif explicatif. Pour cela nous nous sommes basés sur un questionnaire et un entretien développé avec la direction de la Compagnie. |
