المستخلص: Algeria, like the emerging countries as Tunisia and Morocco, has implemented a reform plan based on restructuring and reorganization of the financial sector aiming to modernize it. For this purpose, the Algerian stock exchange market was been created in 1997. Comparing the stock exchange markets of Algiers, Tunis and Casablanca, the present study seeks to determine the existing gaps of these financial places to situate the experience of Algiers stock exchange. The results of this study reflects the progress realized by the Tunisian and Moroccan stock exchange markets in the financing of their economies and, as a result, their participation in economic growth on the one hand, the atony of Algiers stock market and his development barriers on the other hand.

"L’Algérie, à l’instar des pays émergents, notamment, la Tunisie et le Maroc, a instauré un plan de réformes axé sur la restructuration et réorganisation du secteur financier visant sa modernisation. Sous cet effet, a été créée la bourse d’Alger en 1997. En comparant les marchés boursiers algérien, tunisien et marocain, cette étude s’intéresse à déterminer les écarts existants entre ces places financières afin situer l’expérience de la bourse d’Alger après plus de 20 Analyse des performances de la bourse d’Alger Cas : étude comparative des bourses d’Alger, de Tunis et de Casablanca ans d’existence. Les résultats de la présente étude reflètent les progrès enregistrés par les bourses de Casablanca et de Tunis dans le financement de leurs économies, et par conséquent leurs participations dans la croissance de leurs économies, d’une part, et l’atonie de la bourse d’Alger et les entraves de son développement, d’une autre part."
