المستخلص: تعد مشكلة العنف ظاهرة اجتماعية منذ القدم، فهي دليل على وجود خلل في تربية وتنشئة الأبناء ورعايتهم وتوجيههم، حيث يظهر سلوك العنف عند الأفراد سعيا منهم إلى تحقيق الرغبة في إشباع الحاجات الضرورية التي قد حرموا منها في بيئتهم الأسرية والمجتمعية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من التغيرات المتسارعة التي تمس الجانب النفسي والعقلي والاجتماعي والتي لها دور في ظهور سلوك العنف. لقد تأثرت المنظومة الاجتماعية تأثرا سلبيا بصدمة الحداثة وانعكس ذلك سلبا على بنياتها حيث أفرز ذلك تعايش نمطين مختلفين من أنماط التربية تتجسد في نمط تقليدي وآخر عصري داخل المشهد التربوي، فأصبح المشكل أعمق من أن يرد إلى خلل وظيفي في البنية التعليمية–التعلمية، بل يتعلق الأمر بارتباطها بالمنظومة التربوية التي تشكلت منذ زمن طويل في المجتمع الجزائري وأصبحت المتغير المستقل لكل منظومة فرعية من خلال عملية التفاعل التي تعترض المتعلم من الصعوبات ومشكلات تؤثر على تفاعلهم وتظهر عدم قدراتهم على التكيف السليم، فتظهر بعض السلوكيات غير المناسبة والتي قد تعرقل سير العملية التربوية وتقف عائقا في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، فتولد خطاب الكراهية في أنفسهم ليكبر هذا الخطاب حتى يصبح أسلوبا للتعامل يصعب السيطرة عليه. من هنا تحاول هذه الدراسة الوقوف عند مظهر من مظاهر هذا العنف ألا وهو العنف اللفظي الذي نراه السبب الرئيس في ميلاد خطاب الكراهية وتفشيه في كل الوسط التعليمي، وسنحاول ضبطه قدر الإمكان.

The problem of violence is a social phenomenon since ancient times, as it is evidence of a defect in raising, nurturing, caring and guiding children, as violence behavior appears among individuals seeking to fulfill the desire to satisfy the necessary needs that they have been deprived of in their family and community environment, in addition to a set of accelerating changes that It touches the psychological, mental and social aspects that have a role in the emergence of violent behavior. The social system has been negatively affected by the trauma of modernity, and this has negatively affected its structures, as a result of which the coexistence of two different patterns of education is embodied in a traditional and modern style within the educational scene, so the problem has become deeper than that due to a dysfunction in the educational-learning structure, but is related to The matter is related to the educational system that formed a long time ago in the Algerian society and became the independent variable for each sub-system through the interaction process that impedes the learner from difficulties and problems affecting their interaction and shows their inability to properly adapt, so some inappropriate behavior appears that Impede the course of the educational process and are an obstacle to the achievement of the desired objectives, bred hate speech themselves to grow up in this discourse until it becomes a way to deal difficult to control. Hence, this study attempts to stand at the manifestation of this violence, which is the verbal violence that we see as the main reason for the birth of hate speech and its spread in all educational circles, and we will try to control it as much as possible.
