المستخلص: "التجديد في التفسير: تجديد الفهم لكتاب الله تعالى، ودفع كل دخيل، وتنزيل القرآن على واقع المسلمين وفق قواعد التفسير وضوابطه، وهذه الضوابط لابد منه لكل من أراد الإسهام بفهم كتاب الله كي يفتح له ما استغلق عليه من مسائل، وهو بذلك لا يختلف عن معنى التجديد في الدين بمحاوره، وهو سائر على سنن المناهج الأصولية، الممتدة إلى ارث الأمة، وهو دواء لأدواء الأمة، وبناء لحضارتها، وقد أوضحت أبرز الاتجاهات التجديدية المعاصرة المنضبطة في التفسير. أما عكس ذلك التجديد فهو انحراف وتبديد لتراث ولأرث الأمة، متنكر لسنن المناهج الأصولية منقطع عن ارث الأوائل، مدده وأفكاره من النظريات والفكر الغربي، باحث عن كل شاذ ومردود في التفسير، والتاريخ، والعقيدة، والفقه الخ..، فهو هدم لبناء الأمة، داء في جسدها، وبينت أهم الاتجاهات التي تأثرت بالمناهج الغربية في تغير النص القرآني."

"Renewal in Exegesis: is the renewing of understanding the Scripture of Almighty God (The Qur’an), averting the intrusive thoughts, and revealing the Qur’an to people’s reality in line with the rules and the disciplines of the exegesis. These disciplines are indispensable for those who want to contribute to understanding the Qur’an with a view to solving insuperable matters. Hence, the renewing in exegesis is not dissimilar to the meaning of renewal in religion with its pillars, and it follows the laws of fundamentalist approaches that extend to the heritage of the Ummah. It is a cure for the ailments of the Ummah and bedrock of its civilization. As for what contradicts this renewal, it then deviates and disperses the legacy and the heritage of the ummah, and goes against the mores of the fundamentalist approaches, as well as ignores the legacy of the early followers. Besides, it derives its extension and ideas from Western theories and thought, looking for every anomaly and an answer in interpretation, history, belief, jurisprudence, etc., it is a demolition to build the nation. The most significant trends influenced by Western approaches to interpreting the Quranic text have therefore set forth."
