المستخلص: لم يتنبأ الكثير من المتتبعين للمناخ الاقتصادي العالمي بالصعود الهام الذي قامت به بعض الدول النامية، هذا النمو حتى وإن أخذ الوصول إليه مدة زمنية ليست بالهينة لكنه تم بطريقة معتبرة. العامل المشترك بين هذه الدول هو كونها دول جنوبية، حيث استطاعت أن تخلق ثورة من ناحية العلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية، وحتى من ناحية التأثير من الناحية السياسية على المستوى الدولي. يمكن القول إن الابتكار والإبداع والتقدم التكنولوجي هي أكثر العوامل التي كان لها الأثر الإيجابي الكبير في تحول هذه الدول من دول نامية إلى دول متطورة، وهذا ما أدى بهذه الدول إلى أن تحقق فائض هام في ميزان المدفوعات في السنوات الأخيرة، حيث أنها صارت تملك ثلاثة أرباع احتياطي الصرف العالمي. إضافة إلى ذلك، ما يميز هذه الدول ليس فقط معدل نموها المرتفع، لكن أيضا ثقلها الاقتصادي المتنامي، والذي سمح لها بأن تأخذ مسلك خاصا سمح لها بأن تنتمي إلى المجموعات الفاعلة والمؤثرة في نظام الحوكمة العالمي. اليوم صار ينظر إلى دول الجنوب على إنها شريك في المعاملات، وليست عبارة عن دول تحتاج إلى المساعدات من طرف القوى الاقتصادية العظمى.

Innovation, creativity, technology and progress are vital for the economic growth and primitive for Southern nations in a globalized world. Though, the innovative technology system is yet an essential and challenging topic of research in economics, marketing, management and most actions have focused on the comprehension of this process in developed countries rather than in developing ones. The influence of South-South Cooperation and partnership is having an important impact nowadays and growing speedily. Southern countries are increasingly turning into home countries for Foreign Direct Investment flows originating from other industrially and economically developing nations. Since the late I990's, aid from one developing country to another appears even to grow faster than aid from developed to developing countries. This is the consequence of the increasing acknowledgment of Southern countries that they share common goals and that the chances of achieving them grow if they interact together. The emerging countries achieve target to increase in the volume and value of their commerce in services, manufactures, goods and materials. Nevertheless, this also has a significant impact on the economic system. During the past three decades, Southern countries' economies have grown much faster than the Northern nations. Recently, emerging countries have been the top economic players in the world.

L'environnement économique international a été étalonné par la montée en puissance d'un groupe de pays en développement qui a réussi à s'intégrer lentement mais de manière considérable dans une économie mondialisée. Partageant la caractéristique d'être tous des pays du Sud, ces acteurs ont créé des révolutions significatifs dans la structure des relations économiques et commerciales, de la coopération au développement ainsi que la disposition du pouvoir géopolitique dans le monde. Cependant, l'innovation, la créativité et le progrès technologique ont eu un impact positif et significatif sur l'émergence des grands pays en développement et de ce fait ils ont accumulé ces dernières années des excédents extraordinaires de la balance des paiements et détiennent près de trois quart des réserves extérieures mondiales. Toutefois, ce qui les distingue principalement n'est pas seulement leur fort taux de croissance mais c'est aussi leur poids économique actuel en expansion, ainsi que leur cheminement particulier qui leur permet désormais de compter parmi les groupes les plus actifs du système de la gouvernance mondiale. Les pays du Sud sont de plus en plus perçus comme des partenaires et non comme des pays à secourir. Les relations économiques et commerciales entre pays en développement sont encore à leur début, il serait ainsi judicieux, entre autre, de promouvoir l'innovation afin d'assurer la croissance économique de ces derniers et accroître la coopération Sud-Sud.
