الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. كلما أمعنا النظر في محيطنا، وتأملنا أكثر في واقعنا المعاصر، نجد أن المشاكل التي تفرض، والأسئلة التي تطرح على عالمنا الإسلامي، تتزاحم عليه وتتفاقم يوما بعد يوم. مما يتطلب الاستجابة السريعة، والتأثر المباشر بما هو مطروح، ووجوب تقديم الحلول والأجوبة لهذه المشاكل والأسئلة، بالسرعة التي يتطلبها عصرنا الذي نعيشه والذي هو بحق عصر التغلب على المسافات وبما يتناسب وينسجم مع قيمنا وثوابتنا وخصوصياتنا، التي لا مجال للتغيير أو النقاش أو المساس بها، وأيضا بما يتناسب وينسجم مع روح العصر ومتطلباته وإلا فاتنا الزمن وخلفنا وراءه. احتوت الدراسة على، مفاهيم الهوية الثقافة للأمة ووظيفة المؤسسات الثقافية، ثم فرضية التمسك والاعتزاز بالهوية الثقافية من الكتاب والسنة ونماذجها، وأخيرا، الدين والتيارات الإسلامية، وماهية القبيلة والدين والعلاقة بينهما، والخاتمة وتحتوي على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع.
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, our master Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. The more we look at our surroundings, and the more we reflect on our contemporary reality, we find that the problems that are imposed, and the questions that are posed to our Islamic world, crowd it out and are exacerbated by the day. Which requires a quick response, being directly affected by what is presented, and the necessity of providing solutions and answers to these problems and questions, with the speed required by our era in which we live, which is truly the era of overcoming distances and in a manner that is commensurate and consistent with our values, constants and privacy, which there is no room for change, discussion or prejudice, And also in a manner that is consistent with the spirit of the age and its requirements, otherwise we will miss time and leave behind it. The study included, the concepts of the cultural identity of the nation and the function of cultural institutions, then the hypothesis of adhering and cherishing the cultural identity from the Qur’an and Sunnah and its models, and finally, religion and Islamic currents, what is the tribe and religion and the relationship between them, and the conclusion contains the most important results and recommendations, then a list of sources and references.
