المستخلص: إن فقه الأولويات لا ينحصر في المسائل الفقهية فحسب؛ بل هو يشمل أصول وفروع الشريعة، وكذلك ينسحب على النشاطات الإسلامية كلها؛ إذ إن في الدين أولويات تتعلق بقضايا الإيمان، والدعوة، والعلم، ولتوضيح وبيان هذا الجانب سلط الباحث الرؤية على الآتي: (فقه الأولويات وعلاقته بالدعوة) وجاءت هذه الرؤية عبر محاور ثلاثة وهي: المبحث الأول: تعريف فقه الأولويات والدعوة، المبحث الثاني: أهمية الأولويات وضوابطها، والمبحث الثالث: تطبيقات فقه الأولويات في الدعوة.

"Praise be to God, who made clear to the worlds in the provisions of his noble Sharia the principles of goodness, guidance and righteousness, and blessings and peace be upon His Prophet Muhammad, who sent him to humanity as a Messenger and a guiding Prophet, and upon his family and his pure and pure companions, and upon those who followed their approach and followed their path until the Day of Judgment. Then: One of the advantages of this great religion is its ability to keep pace with every development, and that it is valid for every time and place, and that the rules and premises on which Islamic thought was based are capable of encompassing calamities, facts and developments. Among the issues that characterize this noble Sharia is what is termed as fiqh priorities, and the importance of this term is represented in the order of actions, the organization of legal rulings in the light of precise controls, and the work of the first and the first, and the most correct and the preferred, and this would contribute to warding off differences and organizing efforts. The jurisprudence of priorities is not limited to jurisprudence issues only, but rather includes the fundamentals and branches, and applies to all Islamic activities. Religion has priorities, priorities in issues of faith, in deeds, in da’wah, and in knowledge."
