المستخلص: "الحمد لله الذي حقق للإنسان منافع الحياة بتصاريفها، والصلاة والسلام على نبي الهدى ومنار التقى محمد وعلى آله وصحبه إلى يوم الدين. وبعد. فيشرفني المشاركة بالمؤتمر العلمي الدولي الأول بين كليتي الإمام الأعظم رحمه الله الجامعة- بغداد، وكلية العلوم الإسلامية جامعة جاجان- تركيا، الموسوم ب (الدراسات الإنسانية والمتغيرات الحياتية في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية)، وقد كان محور عملي حول أثر العلماء ودورهم في المتغيرات الحياتية، الواقع ضمن المحور الثاني منه. فمشكلة البحث: عدم إمكانية أو امتناع كثير من العلماء والدعاة والمثقفين التعامل مع متغيرات الواقع المعاصر. أما هدف البحث: ضرورة التعامل والتفاعل في جو المتغيرات الحياتية، خاصة لذوي العلم باختصاصاتهم المتنوعة، والحمل الأكبر على العلماء والدعاة والمصلحين والمربين. وطبيعة تحقيق الهدف والدراسة: فإن الحياة متغيرة لا ثبات لها، لها في كل يوم حادث، لا قرار له، لذا فإن الرسالة الخالدة المحمدية رسالة معجزة لاستيعابها تلك المتغيرات في كل زمان ومكان، وولدت من إعجازها علماء خدموا هذا الدين يتعاقبون كتعاقب الليل والنهر، ومن جملة النماذج المتميزة في طورها العلامة القاضي الشيخ أحمد الراوي دفين سامراء، فاقتضت طبيعة البحث ذكر حياته الشخصية والعلمية في المبحث الأول، كما أنه عاصر المتغيرات السياسية وحرب الثقافات الموروثة والوافدة وهذا تناولته في المبحث الثاني بعنوان عصره، ثم أنه رحمه الله حافظ على الثوابت، وتناغم مع المتغيرات بما يخدم البلاد والعباد، وينفع بالخير الإسلام والمسلمين، وقدم إنجازات في ظل هذه المتغيرات لا يزال أثرها حاضرا عيانا أو في قلوب المسلمين بمعانيه وموروثه النافع، وهذا ما تمكن منه المبحث الثالث من الدراسة البحثية، وجعلت خاتمة تخلصت بأهم النتائج، وأبرز النتائج: 1- مراعاة الأحوال المجتمعية، إذ العادات والأعراف المجتمعية أن العالم لا يتهاون في أداء مهامه تجاه دينه مهما كانت العوامل والمتغيرات سواء كانت جوهرية أو عرضية. 2- ضرورة الاستفادة من مناهج العلماء في تعاملاتهم الواقعية، وليست هي قراءة تاريخية مجردة عن الواقع وملابساته. 3- لا ضير ولا نقد ولا مثلبة على العالم الرباني العامل الباذل النصح أن يكون قريبا من ولاة الأمور والقادة والملوك والرؤساء. وآخر الكلمات الحمد لله على التمام والصلاة والسلام على خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين."

"Praise be to God brought man the benefits of life with its expenses, and blessings and peace be upon the prophet of guidance and the one who met Muhammad, and upon his family and his companions until the Day of judgment. And yet: I am honored to participate in the first international scientific conference between the colleges of the greatest imam, may God have mercy on him. University- Baghdad, and the college of Islamic sciences, Gagan University- Turkey, which is tagged with (Human Studies and Life Variables in the Lighet of Islamic Law). Within the themes of the conference between the second axes of it. The problem of the research: the inability or reluctance of many scholars, preachers and intellectuals to deal with the variables of contemporary reality. The aim of research: the necessity of dealing and interaction in the atmosphere of life variables, especially for those with knowledge of their various specializations, and the greater burden on scholars, preachers, reformers and educators. The nature of achieving the goal and study: life is changing and has no stability, it has an event every day, it has no decision, so the eternal message of Muhammad is a miraculous message because it accommodates those variables in every time and birth to scholars who served this religion in succession like the succession of night and light and from. The distinguished models are in the process of being developed by the scholar, judge Shekh Ahmed Al-Rawi, buried in samarra. The nature of the research necessitated the mention of his personal and scientific life in the first topic, as he was contemporary with political changes and the war of inherited and incoming cultures God has preserved the constants, and cares about the variables in a way that serves the country and the servants, and benefits Islam and Muslims with goodness, and has made achievements, in the light of these changes whose impact is still visible or in the hearts of Muslims with its meaning and beneficial inheritance. With the most important results, and the most prominent results: 1- Taking into account societal conditions; As the societal customs and norms that the scholar does not compromise in performing his duties towards his religion, regardless of the factors and variables, whether they are essential or accidental. 2- The necessity of making use of the scholars methods in their realistic dealings, and it is not an abstract historical reading of reality and its circumstances 3- There is no harm, nor criticism, nor a disadvantage for the divine scientist, the worker who gives advice, to be close to the rulers, leaders, kings and presidents, even if we settle. The last words: praise be to God for perfection, and prayers and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and Messengers and upon all his family and companions."
