A method specifically designed to study communities online. |d L’objet de ce travail est d’essayer d’appréhender "la ville intelligente" du point de vue d’un acteur clé qui est le citoyen, par la suite nous chercherons à identifier quelles sont les problématiques particulières qui peuvent ressortir ? Pour y parvenir, nous avons opté pour une approche qualitative relativement récente développée par Kozinet qui est la netnographie. Cette approche vise à exploiter les données disponibles sur internet. | ||
