المستخلص: The purpose of this communication is to present in a very clear way the achievements of the State and its commitment to housing over the last fifteen years, because to meet the growing needs in housing, the Algerian State intervenes as much as regulator of the real estate market by the various programs proposed on the one hand, and on the other hand as organizer of this market through an arsenal of laws and decrees, to better manage the Algerian real estate market. Nevertheless, in the context of the current situation, the Algerian government has admitted its inability to solve the housing crisis alone and has solicited a certain number of funding sources. It is with this in mind that the Tafilelt project (a financial package of the LSP type) can be a good illustration of the financing of housing projects in certain regions of the country.

Le but de cette communication est d’exposé d’une manière très claire les réalisations de l’Etat et son engagement en matière de logements durant ces quinze dernières années, car pour répondre aux besoins croissants en logements, l’Etat Algérien intervient autant que régulateur du marché immobilier par les différents programmes proposés d’une part, et d’autre part comme organisateur de ce marché à travers un arsenal de lois et de décrets, afin de mieux gérer le marché immobilier algérien. Néanmoins, dans le cadre de la conjoncture actuelle le gouvernement algérien a avoué son incapacité à résoudre seul la crise du logement et a sollicité un certain nombre de sources de financement. C’est dans cette optique, que le projet Tafilelt (un montage financier du type LSP) peut être une bonne illustration au financement des projets de l’habitat dans certaines régions du pays.
