المستخلص: يعني هذا البحث بدراسة المثالية في نصوص الكاتب العراقي (مثال غازي) المسرحية، حيث تمحور البحث الحالي في أربعة فصول. وتضمن الفصل الأول منها وهو الإطار المنهجي للبحث مشكلة البحث والتي حددت بالتساؤل الآتي: ما المثالية في نصوص مثال غازي المسرحية؟ بينما جاءت أهمية البحث بوصفه يدرس أحد أبرز كتاب المسرح العراقي، والكشف عن تجليات المثالية في نصوصه على مستوى (الشخصية واللغة أو الحوار والفكرة)، وأفاد هذا البحث العاملين في مجال الأدب والمسرح وطلبة كليات الفنون الجميلة ومعاهدها، بوصفه منجزا معرفيا يسهم في تسليط الضوء على الثقافة المسرحية العراقية. وتحددت حدود البحث الزمنية والمكانية على النصوص التي كتبها مثال غازي في العراق بين 1998-2001. وهدف البحث الذي تجلى في تعرف المثالية في نصوص غازي المسرحية. أما الفصل الثاني فهو الإطار النظري للبحث والذي احتوى على ثلاثة مباحث. عني الأول منها بدراسة مفهوم المثالية لدى الفلاسفة بدءا بما جاءت به مثالية أفلاطون من وجود عالم أزلي مثالي خارج المحسوسات وهو عالم المثل، ثم بما جاءت به مثالية (كانت) التي عدت العقل هو الذي يوصل بأحكامه إلى المثالية، ثم مثالية (هيغل) المطلقة والتي تعترف بوجود عقل مطلق أو (إلهي) في الطبيعة وإن العقل الإلهي يباطن الطبيعة وإن تطور الطبيعة وحركتها خاضعان لهذا المطلق، ثم انتهى هذا المبحث بمثالية برغسون الحدسية والتي تعد الحدس وسيلة لأدراك حقائق الشعور الباطني وما شابهها من معرفة لا تهدف إلى العمل والمنفعة بل تتجه إلى ما هو مطلق وما لاتصل إليه تصورات العقل. بينما ضم المبحث الثاني المثالية في النص المسرحي العالمي والوقوف عند أبرز الكتاب الذين احتوت مسرحياتهم على مفاهيم مثالية وتجلى ذلك في مستوى (الشخصية، اللغة أو الحوار، الفكرة). أما المبحث الثالث والأخير فقد تضمن المرجعيات المعرفية للكاتب مثال غازي والتي لعبت دورا في كتابة نصوصه المسرحية. وأختتم الفصل بالمؤشرات التي أسفر عنها الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة. وكرس الفصل الثالث لإجراءات البحث التي شملت تحديد مجتمع البحث والذي ضم أربع مسرحيات، وعينة البحث ومنهجه الذي اعتمد فيه الباحث على المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي) كونه يلائم طبيعة البحث وهدفه، وأداة البحث التي اعتمد فيها الباحث على المؤشرات التي أسفر عنها الإطار النظري بوصفها معايير تحليلية، وأخيرا تحليل عينة البحث. وانتهى البحث بالفصل الرابع بعدة نتائج منها: 1-المثالية فلسفة تقر بوجود عالم آخر مطلق خالد مستقل عن الإنسان وهو من صناعة الله والذي يمكن استيعابه بالعقل. وأستخلص الباحث جملة من الاستنتاجات كان منها الآتي: 1-العدل والخير والأخلاق هي السمات التي نميز بها مثالية الأشياء.
