المستخلص: تولي التربية الحديثة عملية التقويم بشكل عام وتقويم البرامج بشكل خاص عناية كبيرة، وتعدها جزءا لا يتجزأ من العملية التربوية والتعليمية، وذلك لأن التقويم وسيلة هذه العملية في معرفة مدى تحقيقها لأهدافها التعليمية، فضلا عن أن التقويم يعد تغذية راجعة للعملية التعليمية، مما يسهم في تطويرها في ضوء تشخيص جوانب القوة لتعزيزها، وجوانب الضعف أو القصور لوضع الحلول المناسبة لمعالجتها وتصحيحها بما يتلاءم مع التطور الحاصل في مجالات الحياة كافة: أ-استنتاجات تخص قسم لغة القرآن: ١-أهداف المقررات صيغت وفق حاجات الطلبة والمجتمع وأهملت حاجات السوق. 2-عدم توافر تكنولوجيا التعلم والتعليم من أجهزة الداتا-شو (عرض البيانات) والأوفر هيد (جهاز فوق الرأس) والإنترنيت والأفلام. ٣-هناك قلة واضحة في القاعات المناسبة للدراسة. 4-عدم توفر أماكن تزيد من دافعية الطلبة نحو التعلم والإقلال من حالة الضجر والسأم لديهم. 5-تجمع الطلبة بالقرب من القاعات الدراسية يقلل من إمكانية التدريسي وعطائه العلمي وهذا ما تؤكد عليه الفقرة السابقة. ٦-تأكيد أكثر التدريسيين على الجانب المعرفي وإهمال الجوانب الأخرى الأكثر أهمية في بناء شخصية المتعلم. ب / استنتاجات تخص قسم علوم القرآن: ١-قلة تكليف الطلاب بإجراء أبحاث أو كتابة مقالات وحل تمارين تتعلق بالمقرر من الأساتذة. 2-المحاضر لا يشجع على استعانة طلابه بمصادر علمية خارجية (المكتبة). 3-لا تشجع الكلية والجامعة على التأليف والترجمة ولا تدعمه ماديا. 4-قلة توافر تكنولوجيا التعلم والتعليم من أجهزة الداتا-شو والأنترنيت والأفلام. 5-ضعف إمكانية الطلبة التي لا تساعد على تحقيق الجودة. 6-ضعف قابلية الطلبة في إدارة الصف. 7-الظروف الفيزيقية المحيطة بالقاعة الدراسية غير مناسبة. ٨-تتسم الأجواء المحيطة بالقاعات الدراسية بعدم الهدوء. ٩-قلة توافر خدمات الإنترنيت.

B/ conclusions concerning the Department of Science Koran: 1. The lack of assigning students to conduct research or write articles and solving exercises related to the decision of the professors. 2. Lecturer does not encourage the use of foreign students' scientific sources (library). 3. Do not encourage college and university on the authoring and translation is not supported financially. 4. The lack of availability of learning and teaching of technology and the Internet Aldata-Shaw and movies devices. 5. Twice the possibility of students that do not help to achieve quality. 6. Weakness portability students in classroom management. 7. Physical circumstances surrounding the Hall of study is appropriate. 8. Theaters are surrounding the school not to calm the atmosphere. 9. limited availability of Internet Services.
