هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى تأثير كفاءة استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم (دور الجامعة في استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم ومهارات الأستاذ الجامعي في استخدام تلك التكنولوجيا) في أبعاد جودة التعليم العالي (جودة المكتبات الجامعية، جودة البحث العلمي، جودة التعليم ومناهج التدريس وجودة الأستاذ الجامعي) على عينة من جامعة بابل (مجتمع الدراسة)، كذلك التعرف على أهم التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (90) شخصا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات جامعة بابل (مدرس مساعد، مدرس، أستاذ مساعد، أستاذ) لأبداء أراءهم من خلال استمارة استبانة تم تطويرها لجمع البيانات اللازمة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدمت الإحصاءات الوصفية والانحدار الخطي البسيط، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير ذا دلالة إحصائية لكفاءة استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم (المتغير المستقل) في أبعاد جودة التعليم العالي بجميع أبعادها (جودة المكتبات الجامعية) ثم جاء بعد (جودة التعليم ومناهج التدريس، جودة البحث العلمي وجودة الأستاذ الجامعي) على التوالي، مما له الأثر في رفع مستوى التصنيف العالمي لجامعة بابل، وأوصت الدراسة على الجامعات العراقية التحسين المستمر من خلال اهتمام أكبر بزيادة كفاءة استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم ودورها في جودة التعليم ورفع مستوى التصنيف العالمي للجامعة حيث أنها لم تحقق مستوى عالي من الاستخدام وحث الباحثين الأخرين لوضع معايير وطنية لتصنيف مستوى التعليم العالي للجامعات العراقية تكمل أو تتلاءم مع التصنيفات العالمية.
This study is aimed to identify the effect of the efficiency of using of instruction technology (role of the university in the using of the technology of instruction and the skills of the university teacher in the use of this technology) in the dimensions of quality in struction (quality of libraries , quality of research , quality of teaching curriculum , quality of teacher) on asample from the university of Babylon (population study), As well as identify on the most impotant of world ranking , the study sample consisted of (90) persons from the colleges of Babylon university (Assist lecurer, Teacher, Assistant professor, professor) to show their opinions through aquestionnaire had been developed to collect the necessary data to measure the variables of study, for hypothesis testing, descviptive statistics and simple linear regression which used, the study reached that to there is astatistically significant effect on the efficiency of the using of instruction technology (independent variable in the dimensions of the quality of higher instruction in all itʼs dimensions ( quality of libraries) then came (after quality of curriculum, quality of scientific research, quality of teacher) Respectively, Which have the effect of raising the level of the world ranking of the university of Babylon, the study recomeneded: the Iraqi universities improve continuously through more taking care of increasing the efficiency of the use of instructional technology and itʼs role in the quality of instruction and raise the level of the world ranking of universities as they didn’t achieve a high level of use, urged other researchers to develop national standards to ranking the level of higher instruction of Iraqi universities complement or match with the world ranking.
