المستخلص: The importance of this study comes from tow side The first side: It explain the Arabic phonetic in adjectively and historically and explain the development of these phonetic for historical. The second side: The author study aimed to linked between the phonetic local Sudanese and the phonetic Arabic language due to satisfy the author to importance the satirical studies in educate and learn the languages. In this study can found the local Sudanese actually which collects all the tongue of the Sudanese tribes and there tradition and different cultural must be stopped on it in order to studies and analytical. The result of this study notice that in local Sudanese have a lot of properties which some humans express that was far away from Arabic language. While the study fixed that was not far away from the low phonetics and the work whom Arabic exchanges.
