المستخلص: أهتم مفكرو الإسلام بمسائل الحب والعشق، ويهمنا هنا تتبع آراء علم بارز من علمائنا الأجلاء تناول هذا الموضوع، ومع أن جل أفكاره طمست ومعظم آرائه حجبت، إلا أن القارئ لرسالته: "طوق الحمامة" يجد ما لا يمكن تصوره من الطرح العميق والجريء لمسألة الحب فقهيا وفلسفيا؛ ومن ثمة كان من الضروري الحفر في فكر ابن حزم الظاهري الأندلسي لبيان رؤيته الفلسفية والفقهية لظاهرة الحب. فكان من ذلك أن تفتحت حواسه ونفسه على أفانين الحب والجمال، فليس بدعا بعد ذلك أن نراه مهتما بالكتابة في بيان ماهية الحب، لإبراز حقيقته وسبر غوره، والولوج إلى أعماقه.

The most surprising thing for researchers is the writing of jurists on the question of love, but it is strange that love and study, the general feature of a group of jurists and Hanbalis, who have taken great care of human love, and studied an extensive study despite their violent attack on divine love. So what did the scholars of Ajla as the son of Hazm and Ibn al-Qayyim and Ghazali carry on writing in love? It is a unique phenomenon worthy of registration, because these jurists, who were known to stand with the apparent religious text, and accused by their opponents of stalemate and atheism, embarked on this humanitarian field and filled him with research and wrote many books. It is no wonder that Islam has been interested in love and spoke in it, but that the mention of ''love" in the Qur'an was mentioned ninety-three times to clarify its forms, dimensions and qualities. Therefore, one cannot accept the view that Islam is devoid of a theory of love. Hence, the scholars of Islam were interested in it, and they were fully aware of and deep understanding of its components, whether they were philosophers or literati, modernists, jurists, Sufis or poets, and they were more sympathetic and classed as theories. It was so that open his senses and himself to van in love and beauty, it is not a novelty then to see him interested in writing in the statement of what love, to highlight the truth and penetrated the depths, and access to the depths.
