المستخلص: This article sheds light on the contributions of Professor Fuad Baali in intro-ducing Ibn Khaldun's sociological thought to the West. Despite the introduction of Ibn Khaldun by some scholars and researchers, there is still a gap that needs to be filled out. Fuad Baali has endeavored to take over this matter over the past decades by his valuable scientific publication and lecturing. Prof. Fuad Baali is one of Iraq's early sociologists. He has played a major role in introducing and promoting the main ideas and theories of Ibn Khaldun to the West. The Arab-Muslim thinker Ibn Khaldun (1332-1406) is considered the real founder of soci-ology. Baali has adopted the task of introducing Ibn Khaldun to the West as the founder of sociology. Accordingly, Baali published seven books on Ibn Khaldun in addition to a monograph and several articles on the Arab-Muslim thinker's major ideas and theories.
