المستخلص: "هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن دور مديري مداس وزارة التربية والتعليم في رفع الوعي لدى المعلمين لمتابعة أحوال الأطفال الأيتام، والتعرف إلى أثر متغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوت الخدمة) في آراء عينة الدراسة لدور مديري المداس في رفع الوعي لدى المعلمين لمتابعة أحول الأطفال الأيتام. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم بناء استبانة مكونة من (38) فقرة، تضمنت أربعة محاور، وهي أحول الأطفال الأيتام (الصحية، والتعليمية، الاجتماعية، والنفسية)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (235) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة غزة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن دور مديري مداس وزارة التربية والتعليم في رفع الوعي لدى المعلمين لمتابعة أحول الأطفال الأيتام قد جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي (4.18) ، وبنسبة مئوية (83.7%)، وحصل محور أحول الأطفال الأيتام الاجتماعية على المرتبة الأولى ، يليه محور أحول الأطفال الأيتام النفسية، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة محور أحوال الأطفال الأيتام الصحية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم في رفع الوعي لدى المعلمين لمتابعة أحوال الأطفال الأيتام تعزى إلى متغيرات: الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوت الخدمة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة قيام مديري المدراس بتوعية المعلمين لرعاية الأطفال الأيتام عن طريق تذكيرهم بفضائل تربيتهم المرتبطة برضا المولى عز وجل، ومجاورة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في الجنة والآخرة، والتوفيق في الدنيا، والاهتمام بالرعاية المتكاملة من قبل مديري المدارس والمعلمين في متابعة أحول الأطفال الأيتام صحيا وتعليميا ونفسيا واجتماعيا."

"The study aimed to reveal the role of school principals among orphaned children, and to identify the impact of variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of service) in the opinions of the study sample of the role of school principals in raising awareness among teachers to follow up the conditions of orphaned children. And to achieve the objectives of the study, it was based on the analytical descriptive curriculum, and a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs was built, which included four axes, namely the conditions of orphaned children (health, educational, social, and psychological) the study sample reached (235) teachers from the Ministry of Education in Gaza Governorate, and were selected indiscriminately from the school community. The study reached the most important results, the most important of which is that the role of the school principals of the Ministry of Education in raising awareness among teachers to follow up the conditions of the orphaned children has come to a large extent with an arithmetic average (4.18), and a percentage of 83.7%, the axis of social conditions of orphaned children and the lack of statistically significant differences between the average estimates of study sample members of the role school principals of the Ministry of Education in raising awareness among teachers to follow up the conditions of orphaned children due to variables (Gender, educational qualification, years of service). And one of the most important recommendations of the study are : the need for school principals to make teachers aware of the care of orphaned children by reminding them of the virtues of their upbringing related to the satisfaction of God , and neighboring prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) in paradise and hereafter, and success in the life, and paying attention to the integrated care by school principals and teachers in following up the conditions of orphaned children health, educationally, psychologically and socially."
