المستخلص: تسعى أغلب الشركات في وقتنا الحاضر إلى الحصول على موقع تنافسي ولاسيما في ظل المنافسة الكبيرة ورغبة الشركات في إنجاز المشاريع الصديقة للبيئة، فقد تناول البحث دراسة تأثير التصنيع الأخضر في نجاح المشروع والذي تم استعماله في الجانب النظري والعملي في بيئة النفط العراقية، كما يهدف البحث إلى قياس مدى تحقيق متطلبات التصنيع الأخضر في المشروع، وتأثير توافرهم في نجاح المشروع، تجسدت مشكلة البحث في مدى تحقيق متطلبات التصنيع الأخضر في مشروع حقل شرقي بغداد، ومدى توافر عوامل نجاح المشروع، وتحديد الكيفية التي يتم من خلالها معرفة تأثير توافر متطلبات التصنيع الأخضر في نجاح المشروع، اختيرت شركة المشاريع النفطية في وزارة النفط مجالا لإنجاز الجانب العملي، ووقع الاختيار على مشروع تطوير وتأهيل حقل شرقي بغداد ، وتمثلت عينة البحث بفريق عمل المشروع البالغ عددهم ‎(120)‏ ‏مهندس وفني وإداري، اعتمد البحث منهج الدراسة الاستطلاعية وفق استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض لاستطلاع آراء فريق المشروع والتي تضمنت متغيرين التصنيع الأخضر (نظام الإدارة البيئية، التصميم الأخضر، الشراء الأخضر، المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية)، نجاح المشروع (دعم الإدارة العلياء تحديد الأهداف، اكتشاف الأخطاء ومعالجتها، التخطيط والجدولة للمشروع، فريق المشروع، الاتصالات، رضا الزبون)، تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية منها البرنامج الإحصائي (Smart Plus) للتعرف على مستوى تطبيق متغيرات البحث في المشروع واختبار فرضيات الدراسة فيما يتعلق بعلاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث، أكدت النتائج على وجود اهتمام من قبل إدارة المشروع في إيجاد بدائل مناسبة للمواد الأولية المستخدمة في إنجاز المشروع ذات التأثير البيئي الأقل، هنالك دعم من قبل الإدارة العليا في الشركة لإنجاز المشروع في الوقت المحدد له، تشكيل فريق عمل لإدارة وإنجاز المشروع دون القيام بالتدوير الوظيفي لإكساب الفريق المهارات المتعددة، وجود علاقة ارتباط بين التصنيع الأخضر ونجاح المشروع، ووجود علاقة تأثير معنوية لمتطلبات التصنيع الأخضر في نجاح المشروع.

Most companies in the present time seek to obtain a competitive position, especially in the light of the great competition and the desire of The study, companies to accomplish projects that are friendly to the environment examined the effect of green Manufacturing on the success of the project, which The, was used in the theoretical and practical aspects of the Iraqi oil environment research aims at measuring the extent to which green Manufacturing The research problem was the extent of requirements are achieved in the project. achieving the requirements of green production and green processing in the East Baghdad field project, the availability of the factors of success of the project, and determining how the availability of the requirements of the green Manufacturing in the success of the project. The oil projects company in the Ministry of Oil was chosen as a field to complete the practical aspect. The project was chosen to develop and rehabilitate the eastern Baghdad field. The sample of the project was (120) technical and administrative and engineers. The study adopted the survey methodology according to a questionnaire prepared for this purpose to survey the views of the project team, which included two variables Green manufacturing (environmental management system, green design ,green purchasing, social and environmental responsibility), Project's success (Higher Management support ,goals determining, error detection and processing, project planning and scheduling, project team, A number of statistical methods were used .communication, customer satisfaction) by using the (Smart Plus) program to identify the level of application of the research variables in the project and to test the hypotheses of the study in relation to the correlation and influence between the search variables. The results confirmed the interest of the project management in finding appropriate alternatives to the raw materials used in the completion of the project with the least environmental impact. There is support from the senior management in the company to complete the project on time, to form a team to manage and complete the project without doing the job rotation The team has multiple skills, a correlation between green manufacturing and the success of the project, and the existence of a significant relationship to green manufacturing requirements in the success of the project.
