|a يهدف البحث إلى ربط المسلمين بدينهم وعقيدتهم وشريعتهم، وإظهار الآثار العقدية للحدود الشرعية، وتذكير المسلمين ببركات إقامة الحدود التي غابت عن واقعهم. وقد اعتمد على المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي التحليلي. وتم تقسيمه إلى: مقدمة ومبحثين، وخاتمة، درس المبحث الأول: الحدود الشرعية، وتناول المبحث الثاني: الآثار العقدية للحدود الشرعية، وتوصل إلى أن الآثار العقدية للحدود الشرعية تتمثل في الآثار الدينية بأمور من أبرزها: إحياء الدين والعقيدة في واقع الحياة، وضمان نشر الحرية في نشر المفاهيم العقائدية بين الناس وعدم الخوف من نشرها، وصرف الناس عن التحاكم للطاغوت، وإحياء المفاهيم العقدية في الناس. كما تتمثل في الآثار الدنيوية ومن أبرزها: إقناع الناس بإمكانية تطبيق شرع الله في الحياة المعاصرة، وتجميد أنشطة الفرق المخالفة للدين وبدعها، وتوحيد الجماعات الإسلامية المعاصرة، وكف المستهترين بالدين والمرتدين.
|b The research aims to connect Muslims to their doctrine and Sharia by way of exploring the Islamic legal punishments and eliciting the doctrinal consequences of applying them in society. In conducting this research, the researcher adopted the descriptive inductive analytical approach. The research consisted of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The first section dealt with the legal punishments specified by Islamic Sharia and the second discussed the doctrinal consequences of applying punishments. The researcher has found that the doctrinal consequences of applying punishments can be represented in several religious consequences the most prominent of which are the revival of religion and doctrine in society, freedom of dissemination of doctrinal conceptions among people, and keeping people away from submitting to juggernaut laws. Other consequences by persuading people of the possibility of applying the Sharia laws in this contemporary life, eradicating groups with opinions contrary to the tenets of religion and putting an end to their heresies, uniting contemporary Islamic groups and preventing those who make a mockery of religion.
