تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور قيم الثقافة الحسينية على سلوك العمل التطوعي، انطلاقا من مشكلة رئيسة شخصت بتساؤلات عده تضمنت مدى إدراك العلاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين المتغيرات ميدانيا، وقد اعتمد المنهج التحليلي والوصفي في عرض معلومات الدراسة وتحليلها وتفسيرها، وقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع بيانات ومعلومات الدراسة، كما تم توزيع (361) استمارة استبانة على عينة من منتسبي لواء علي الأكبر أحد تشكيلات هيئة الحشد الشعبي.
The study's goal is to find the role of Husseini culture’s values on the behavior of volunteer work, which is based on a major problem identified with several questions, including the extent to which the connections, correlation, and effect between components, an analytical and descriptive technique was utilized to present, evaluate, and interpret the study results. The questionnaire was the major instrument for collecting data for this study. (361) questionnaires were sent to a sample of members of the Ali Al-Akbar Brigade, one of the Popular Mobilization Authority's units. The study revealed several conclusions, the most significant was a role of the values of the Husseini culture in increasing of positive volunteer work behavior bigger than in the possibility of reducing negative volunteer work behavior. This study produced a set of recommendations, the most significant of which increasing the interest of the Popular Mobilization Authority and the leadership of the Ali al-Akbar Brigade in understanding the values of the Husseini culture deeply and study how to develop the values of the Husseini’ rehabilitation within workers which contribute to promoting positive volunteer behavior.
