المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على (فاعلية أنموذجي أديلسون وأدي وشاير في تحصيل طلبة المرحلة الثانية لمادة طرائق التدريس في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة) اختار الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي للمجموعات الثلاث ذات الاختبار البعدي واقتصرت عينة البحث على طلبة المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، حيث تكونت من (٩٠) طالبا، بواقع (30) طالبا في كل مجموعة، وكوفئ طلاب مجموعات البحث في متغيرات العمر الزمني، والمعلومات السابقة، ومستوى الذكاء، وأعد الباحثان أداة الدراسة التي تكونت من (١٠) خطط تدريسية لكل مجموعة واختبار التحصيل الدراسي، حيث تكون بصورته النهائية من (٢٠) فقرة موضوعية من الاختيار من المتعدد و(١٠) فقرات مقالية، وقد جرى حساب الصدق والتمييز والثبات لهذا المقياس، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلة (٠,٠٥) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الثانية، ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الأولى والضابطة في مستوى التحصيل، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل الدراسي، وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة اعتماد أنموذج آدي وشاير الذي أثبت فاعليته في التدريس، وتضمين خطواته التي تعمل على تنمية تفكير الطلبة عند بناء المناهج.

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of the Adelson, Addy and Shire's models in the achievement of the second stage students of Teaching Methods in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences The researchers chose the experimental design with partial control for the three groups with the post-test. The research sample was limited to students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, which consisted of (90) students, with (30) students in each group. The students of the research groups were rewarded in the variables of age. The time, previous information, the level of intelligence, and the parents’ achievement. The researchers prepared the study tool, which consisted of (10) teaching plans for each group and the academic achievement test, which in its final form consisted of (20) objective paragraphs of multiple choice and (10) essay paragraphs. The validity, discrimination, and stability of this scale were calculated. After data collection and processing statistically using the statistical package (SPSS), the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the second experimental group, and the average scores of the students of the first experimental and control groups. At the level of achievement, and for the benefit of the second experimental group in the post-test of academic achievement, the researchers recommended the need to adopt the Ady and Shire's model, which has proven its effectiveness in teaching, and to include its steps that work on developing thinking students when building the curriculum.
