المستخلص: The paper at hand presents the results of empirical research on the impact of the transformation of struggles, their means and their objectives in a public company. The research seeks to answer the following questions: How did the trade union transform itself from the struggle for workers' rights to a tool for realizing personal interests at the local level? How did the struggle within the union turn into the struggle to take ownership of the union?. The thematic analysis of the corpora generated based on the field survey has shown that the work environment in public companies favors the emergence of practices, actions and representations of union work, which deflect the struggle of its objectives.

Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche empirique sur l’impact de la transformation des luttes, de leurs moyens et de leurs objectifs dans une entreprise publique. La recherche cible à répondre aux questions suivantes: Comment le syndicat s’est transformé de la lutte pour les droits des travailleurs à un outil de réalisation des intérêts personnels au niveau local ? Comment s’est transformée la lutte au sein du syndicat à la lutte pour s’approprier du syndicat ?. L’analyse thématique des corpus généré sur la base de l’enquête de terrain a démontré que l’environnement du travail au sein des entreprises publiques favorise l’émergences de pratiques, d’agissements et de représentations du travail syndical, qui dévient la lutte de ses objectifs.
