The culture and civilization of the peoples, their customs and traditions, the historical sites and monuments that any country possesses, constituting an original, unique and different form of tourism, as well as an irrefutable economic and social resource, which can enable it to develop sustainable cultural tourism and thus achieve the preservation of its heritage in a smoother way. In this article, we present the case of the city of Tlemcen, a city of arts and history, one of the oldest cities of the Algerian urban network, a tourist region rich in history and heritage, and we try to highlight evidence an inventory of its tourist heritage and the elements that can contribute to the revival of sustainable cultural tourism in this destination, and discover whether the quality of tourist services is in the image of the cultural heritage of Tlemcen. La culture et la civilisation des peuples, leurs coutumes et leurs traditions, les sites et les monuments historiques que possède n’importe quel pays, constituent une forme de tourisme originale, unique et différente, ainsi qu’une ressource économique et sociale irréfutable, qui peut lui permettre de développer un tourisme culturel durable et parvenir ainsi à la préservation d’une manière plus seine de son patrimoine. Dans cet article, nous présenterons le cas de la ville de Tlemcen, une ville d’arts et d’histoire, une des plus vieilles villes du réseau urbain algérien, une région touristique riche en histoire et en patrimoine, et nous essayerons de mettre en évidence un état des lieux de son patrimoine touristique et les éléments pouvant contribuer à la relance du tourisme culturel durable de cette destination, et découvrir si la qualité des services touristiques (précisément les prestations fournies dans les hôtels) est à l’image du patrimoine culturel de Tlemcen. |
