المستخلص: تناول البحث الخدمات البريدية في مركز تمي الأمديد أحد مراكز محافظة الدقهلية، وتبلغ مساحته 131.2 كم2، وعدد سكانه 197573 نسمة، وأثيرت مشكلة البحث من خلال طرح عدة تساؤلات منها: هل توجد عدالة مكانية في التوزيع الجغرافي لمكاتب البريد؟ وهل تتفق خصائص مكاتب البريد مع المعايير التخطيطية القومية؟ وما مدى كفاءة الخدمات البريدية ونفوذه الجغرافي في مركز تمي الأمديد؟، وهدف البحث إلى تحليل خصائص التوزيع الجغرافي لمكاتب البريد، ودراسة العوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة في خدمات البريد، وتحليل كفاءة خدمات البريد ونفوذها المكاني، والتعرف على خصائص الرحلة إلى البريد في مركز تمي الأمديد، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الموضوعي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الأصولي، كما اعتمد على الأساليب الكمية، وتمثل العمل الميداني في الزيارات والمقابلات مع بعض المسئولين، وطبقت استبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغت 1973 مفردة، ورتبت موضوعات البحث في سبعة محاور تبدأ بدراسة التطور وتنتهي بمشكلات الخدمات البريدية وحلول مناسبة لها، وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: زاد عدد مكاتب بريد مركز تمي الأمديد خلال 119 عاما من مكتب بريد واحد عام 1927 إلى اثنى عشر مكتبا عام 2018، ويحتوي مركز تمي الأمديد على مكاتب بريد الدرجتين الثانية والثالثة، وتوجد إحدى عشرة قرية محرومة نسبيا من خدمات البريد، وعدم عدالة توزيع مكاتب البريد قياسا على مساحات القري وسكانها، ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة إعادة النظر في أهمية تطوير مكتب بريد تاج العز، لأنه الأسرع والأسهل في الوصول وبما يخدم باقي سكان المركز.

The research dealt with postal services in Timmy Al Amdeed District, one of Dakahlia Governorate Districts, Its area is 131.2 km2, and its population is 197573, The research problem was raised by asking several questions, including: Is there spatial justice in the geographical distribution of post offices?, Do post office characteristics conform to national planning standards?, How efficient and effective are postal services?. The aim of the research is to analyze the characteristics of the geographical distribution of post offices, study the geographical factors affecting postal services, analyze the efficiency of postal services and its spatial influence, and identify the characteristics of the postal journey. The research relied on the thematic method in addition to the fundamentalist method, as well as on quantitative techniques, The field work was represented in the visits and interviews with some officials, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 1973 respondents, and the research topics were arranged in seven axes, starting with a study of development and ending with problems of postal services and appropriate solutions to them. The research concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The number of post offices increased during 119 years from 1 in 1927 to 12 offices in 2018, and the Timmy Al Amdeed District contains post offices of the second and third levels, and there are eleven villages relatively deprived of postal services, and the unfair distribution of offices, The most important recommendation of the research is the necessity of reconsidering the importance of developing the Taj Al-Ezz Post Office, as it is the fastest and easiest to reach and serves the rest of the center's population.
