المستخلص: يطلق الأدب المقارن على العلم الذي يدرس العلاقات والتشبهات الموجودة بين آداب الشعوب. توجد علاقات وثيقة بين الأدبين الفارسي والعربي طول تاريخهما فهذان الأدبان في العصر الحديث تشابها كثيرا بفعل تشابه التطورات الأدبية والسياسية والاجتماعية الطارئة عليهما واتجاهات شعرائهما ومن ضمن أبرز قواسمها المشتركة اهتمامهما بالأدب الإصلاحي. من أبرز شعراء المجال الإصلاحي في العهد المعاصر بروين اعتصامي في إيران وعبدالمنعم الفرطوسي في العراق وقد تشابه شعرهما الإصلاحي نظرا لمشاربهما الإسلامية واتجاههما الفكري المشترك وتشابه الأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية التي مر بها البلدان والشاعران. تسعى المقالة هذه من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد دراسة متأنية في دواوين الشاعرين وتحليلها تحليلا فنيا موضوعيا أن تقدم أبرز القضايا المشتركة بين الشاعرين. يستخلص من نتائج البحث أن الشاعرين كليهما اهتما بتناول قضايا اجتماعية خلقية من مثل النهي عن التكبر والغرور، والإحسان والمعروف، والتقوى والنهي عن الهوى، والصبر والثبات، والعفة والحجاب، والقناعة والنهي عن الحرص، العدالة والأنصاف، ومساعدة الفقراء والمعدمين والتعليم والتربية. وقد اختلف الشاعران في نقط قليلة سنذكرها في تحليلها لمحاور المقالة.

Comparative literature is the science that studies the relations and connections that happen between the conducts of those. There are close relationships between the Persian and Arab writers along their past, these literatures in the modern period are very similar outstanding to the similarity of the literary, political and social developments that have abounded on them and the trends of their poets, among the most projecting of which is their interest in reform literature. One of the most prominent poets in the reform field in the contemporary period, In Iran and Abdel Moneim Al-Fartosi in Iraq, their reform poetry was similar due to their Islamic drinking, their creative approach to the buyer and the similar political and social situations experienced by the two countries and poets. This article seeks through the descriptive analytical approach and after careful consideration in the poets' books and analyzes them objectively technically to present the most prominent judges purchased by the poets. The results of the research conclude that the two poets were interested in dealing with social and moral justices such as the end of arrogance and vanity, charity and well-known, the healing and the end of identity, patience and stability, chastity and veil, conviction and end of care, justice and fairness, and helping the poor and the destitute, education and education. The two poets differed in a few points that we would mention in their analysis of the topics of the article.
