From the advent of globalization and globalization, companies are increasingly developing new technologies both at the managerial and technical levels. This article presents the normative contribution of the techno-cultural aspects of globalization on the development of human resources as well as the changes that this function has undergone in this context characterized by complexity and cultural diversity, which requires a specific mode of governance, which is the subject of this research to achieve excellence in HR and ensure sustainable competitiveness for today's businesses. A partir de l’avènement de la mondialisation et de la globalisation, les entreprises développent de plus en plus de nouvelles technologies tant sur le plan managérial que sur le plan technique. Cet article présente la contribution normative des aspects techno-culturels de la mondialisation sur le développement des ressources humaines ainsi que les mutations qu’as connue cette fonction dans ce contexte caractérisé par la complexité et la diversité culturelle, ce qui nécessite un mode de gouvernance spécifique qui fait l’objet de cette recherche pour atteindre l’excellence en matière RH et assure la compétitivité durable pour les entreprises d’aujourd’hui. |
