هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تدريب معلمي المدارس التقنية أثناء الخدمة بولاية الخرطوم من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس والموجهين التربويين، اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدراء المدارس التقنية وعددهم (13) مديرا، والموجهين التربويين علي المدارس التقنية وعددهم (12) موجها تربويا من ثلاث محليات (أم درمان، الخرطوم، شرق النيل)، اختار الباحثان عينة تكونت من (4) مدراء بنسبة (30.8%) من العدد الكلي لمدراء المدارس بولاية الخرطوم، و(5) من الموجهين التربويين بنسبة (38.5%) من العدد الكلي للموجهين التربويين، تمثلت أداة الدراسة في مقابلة شخصية للمدراء والموجهين التربويين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أكد المبحوثون بأن الكفايات التدريسية التي يحتاجها معلمو المدارس التقنية بولاية الخرطوم تتمثل في (كفاية التخطيط للدرس، وكفاية تنفيذ الدرس، وكفاية إدارة الصف، وكفاية العروض العملية، وكفاية التقويم)، كما أكد بعض مدراء المدارس التقنية والموجهين التربويين وجود فجوة في تدريب معلمي المدارس التقنية علي الكفايات التدريسية بولاية الخرطوم، و هذه الفجوة نتيجة عدم الاهتمام بالتعليم التقني، كما أكدت كل آراء الموجهين التربويين ومدراء المدارس الذين تم مقابلتهم أن الحاجة كبيرة وماسه للتدريب علي الكفايات التدريسية بشرط أن يكون التدريب مخطط له بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المختصة والمعنية بتدريب المعلمين في إدارة التعليم التقني حتي يكون التدريب ذو فائدة للمعلمين ويعمل علي تحسين أدائهم التدريسي، كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة متابعة وتقويم أداء معلمي المدارس التقنية بصورة مستمرة لمعرفة أوجه القصور في الكفايات التدريسية والعمل علي معالجتها، وأنشاء دورات تدريبية قصيرة أثناء العام الدراسي لتدريب معلمي المدارس التقنية علي الكفايات التدريسية حتي يتمكنوا من تطبيقها داخل المدارس التقنية، وضرورة إنشاء مراكز متخصصة في تدريب المعلمين بإدارة التعليم التقني لتقوم بدورات تدريبيه مستمرة، وضرورة وضع خطط لإعداد وتدريب معلمي المدارس التقنية بما يتفق مع التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة في مجال التدريس.
The aim of this study was to know the reality of the training of technical school teachers during service in the state of Khartoum. From the point of view of school principals and educational supervisors, the researchers followed the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The study population consisted of 13 technical principals and 12 educational supervisors from the three schools (Omdurman, Khartoum, East Nile). The sample chose 4 managers with (30.8%) of the total number of school principals in the state of Khartoum, and (5) of the educational supervisors (38.5%) of the total number of educational supervisors. The tool of the study was in a personal interview of the directors and educational supervisors, The study found that the teaching competencies needed by teachers of technical schools in Khartoum state are (adequacy of planning for the lesson, adequacy of lesson implementation, adequacy of classroom management, adequacy of practical presentations, and adequacy of the correction) Moreover, some technical school principals and educational supervisors stressed the existence of a gap in the training of teachers of technical schools on the teaching competencies in Khartoum state. This gap is due to lack of interest in technical education. All the opinions of the educational supervisors and the principals of the schools interviewed confirmed that the great need for training on teaching competencies. The training shall be planned in coordination with the competent administration concerned with the training of teachers in the management of technical education so that the training is useful for teachers and works to improve their teaching performance, the study also presented a number of recommendations, including: The need to follow up and evaluate the performance of teachers of technical schools on a continuous basis to identify the shortcomings of the teaching competencies and work to address them, and the establishment of short training sessions during the academic year to train teachers of technical schools on teaching competencies so that they can be applied within technical schools. Establish specialized centers in the training of teachers in the Department of Technical Education to conduct continuous training courses and the need to develop plans for the preparation and training of technical school teachers in line with the latest technological developments in teaching.
