المستخلص: This study aimed at investigating the degree of effectiveness of the second edition of the training program Taqdar (You can) offered by the Youth Vision Company for Services and Investment from the prospective of trainees. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive method was used and a questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisting of (80) trainees who attended the training program. The results revealed that the effectiveness of the program was high. The workshop on the employment via the internet was rated as the highest in its effectiveness and its ability to achieve its objectives. On the other hand, the workshop about future skills was the lowest. There were also no statistically significant differences in the program effectiveness based on the trainees’ gender or major. The trainees mentioned some challenges pertaining to the intensity and short duration of the program. Besides, the training was central in Muscat and it did not include other governorates. In light of the results, a number of recommendations were suggested which might help in increasing the program effectiveness in its next edition.

L’objet de l’éthique dans la pratique clinique, est indispensable pour le travail du psychologue clinicien qui souhaite adjoindre l’expérience de l’autre à sa réflexion sur soi. Aujourd’hui le métier de psychologue prend une place majeure dans les sociétés, apparaissant comme une nouvelle réponse aux difficultés singulières, familiales et groupales. Aussi, l’objectif de notre écrit est d’élaborer une réflexion théorique et clinique de la question de l’éthique. Une disposition fondamentale, que rappellent les premiers travaux approchant cette question en psychothérapie. Des repères cliniques, qui dévoilent l’exigence pour le psychologue d’une réflexion éthique continue. Alors, quelle place occupe l’éthique dans les dispositifs thérapeutiques? Peut-on adjoindre une réflexion nouvelle de cet objet dans la pratique clinique? Des interrogations qui méritent une réflexion épistémologique du cadre thérapeutique en lien à l’histoire même de l’éthique en clinique.
