المستخلص: The main purpose of the current study is to identify the effect of top management team behavioural integration in achieving the effectiveness of strategic decisions. This study depended on some private universities and colleges as a sample. The problem of the study was formulated through several questions regarding the relationship between the variables and their nature, where, accordingly, the objectives of the study were determined. The objectives were represented by the hypothetical scheme, which resulted in the formulation of the hypotheses that were measured through the statistical package (SPSS.V.26 & AMOS.V) 25). This program is related to the analysis of the data provided by the study tool after its application to a sample of (146) university leaders. To analyze the data, several statistical equations were used, which resulted in (arithmetic averages, standard deviations, relative importance, structural equation modelling, normal distribution test, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination). The results showed that there statistically significant correlation between the behavioural integration of the top management team and the effectiveness of strategic decisions.
