This study aims to know the perceptions of employees in banks in the city of Blida of their level of job satisfaction and the extent of its impact on the resistance to banking integration. Multimeter. The results showed: that workers ’perceptions of their level of job satisfaction were moderate, that the rate of resistance to banking merger was average, and that there was a positive statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of job satisfaction and resistance to banking integration. A set of recommendations were also presented based on these results. |
