|a هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى التمكين النفسي وعلاقته بالطمأنينة النفسية لدى الطلبة الأيتام في جامعة مؤتة وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياسي التمكين النفسي والطمأنينة النفسية، فقد جرى التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما وتم تطبيقهما على عينة تكونت من (221) طالبا وطالبة، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى التمكين النفسي والطمأنينة النفسية لدى الطلبة الأيتام في جامعة مؤتة جاء متوسطا، إضافة إلى علاقة ارتباطيه طرديه بين مستوى التمكين النفسي ومستوى الطمأنينة النفسية، وأن مجالي التمكين النفسي (الكفاءة، والتأثير) كان لهما أثر على الطمأنينة النفسية وقد فسرت متغير التأثير والكفاءة ما نسبته 70% من، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس على مستوى التمكين النفسي وفي مجال (الاستقلالية وإدارة الذات)، ولصالح الإناث، بينما لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي في باقي المتغيرات، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الكلية على مستوى الطمأنينة النفسية ولصالح طلبة الكليات الإنسانية، بينما لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الطمأنينة النفسية في باقي المتغيرات، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة: تعزيز ودعم سلوكيات الطلبة الأيتام في جامعة مؤتة من خلال إقامة الندوات والدورات التدريبية لغرس قيم التمكين النفسي لديهم، وإقامة الأنشطة الثقافة والاجتماعية في جامعة مؤتة التي تسهم في دمج طلبة الجامعات مع بعضهم البعض لما له من أهمية في تحقيق الطمأنينة النفسية.
|b This study aimed at detecting the level of psychological empowerment and its relationship with psychological tranquility among the orphan students at Mu'tah University as well as its relationship with some demographic variables. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the scales of psychological empowerment and psychological tranquility; their validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of (221) male and female students. The results revealed that the level of psychological empowerment and psychological tranquility among the orphan students at Mutah University was medium and that there is a positive relationship between the level of psychological empowerment and psychological tranquility. The results also showed that the two domains of psychological empowerment (competence, and effects) have an impact on the psychological tranquility .The results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender on the level of psychological empowerment at the total level as well as the level of (autonomy, self-management) in favor of the females, while there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment in the other variables. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of faculty at the level of psychological tranquility in favor of the students of the humanitarian faculties, while there are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological tranquility in the other variables. In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of promoting and advocating the behaviors of the orphan students at Mu'tah University by holding training courses and seminars in order to instill the values of psychological empowerment among them as well as making the cultural and social activities at Mu'tah University in order to integrate the students with each other due to the importance of that in achieving psychological tranquility.
