المستخلص: The In this article we propose to analyze the phenomenon of repetition and redundancy in literature, taking as a corpus (object of study) the novel by Kateb Yacine Nedjma. number four in the text or in Nedjma's narration, and secondly, to give an explanation, referring to the historical spatial context.

Dans cet article nous nous proposons d’analyser le phénomène de la répétition et de la redondance en littérature, en prenant comme corpus (objet d’étude) le roman de Kateb Yacine Nedjma.Il s’agit premièrement d’évoquer les différentes manifestations du chiffre quatre dans le texte ou dans la narration de Nedjma, et deuxièment, de donner une explication, en se référant au contexte historique spatial.
